I used to go to the location almost every two weeks and it used to be great. The past two months the two workers (both boys) have been so lazy and do not know what they are doing. They never have meatball sandwiches…. Every time I go in and ask they put on one meatball and look at me and say… “we are out” They are just lazy and I have walked out of there twice. Do not recommend if you want lazy service.

I arrived at 9:54 6 minutes before close. I know this is close to closing time but their hours are till 10 pm and their open sign was lit up. I am 8 months pregnant and all I was craving was subway. I rushed over to subway to get a sub. The girl Emma (red head) was in there didn’t welcome me looked at the clock and said we’re closed. I said your hours are till 10 she had a huge attitude with me so rude and proceeded to lie to my face saying they didn’t have certain things not even knowing what I was going to order. She also said they are supposed to leave at 10.. They had already put everything up… it was a horrible experience. I’m so upset because this is my local subway as I live in pecan grove and eat here several times a week as it is my number one pregnancy craving. but I will no longer be giving them my business. To be that ugly to a pregnant woman. Completely disappointed… oh and I contacted cooperate..

Don’t go to this location after 6pm and expect to get a meatball sandwich. Last 3 times I have gone in to get my son a meatball (the only thing he likes from Subway) they have been out. Everyone knows they have a bag of meatballs in the fridge in the back and they just need to take it out and microwave it for 5 minutes. Just laziness.
