The young person working was great but the owner needs to be fired. The employees never have prep ready the place is a mess. While dineing in I had the misfortune of watching customers being told their on line order could not be completed because they did not have the ingredients. When the customer ask why he wasn’t called the young man could only relpy he had not stopped making sandwiches since the order came in. I believe this is an ownership issue not an employ issue. There was only one employee present. Most likely wont be back.

Terrible experience, actually BEYOND terrible!!! So I had a problem and needed to call and cancel my order……but Noooo!!! The phone at this place is impossible to call. It stays busy or it doesn’t work at all. Other people have posted the same complaint.
This is just simply UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. There’s no reasonable excuse for this behavior. Moreover, the telephone was the only way to contact the restaurant to cancel my order. I lost money on this. My payment should be refunded immediately and an honest apology is expected.

We order pick up from here once a week. We have always had a wonderful experience with great service. Today was different, when we arrived to pick up our order, it was missing the chips and directions were not followed on the sandwiches. We unfortunately arrived home before noticing the chips were missing. We drove back to the store(sandwiches now cold) and when trying to get the attention of the lady working, she ignored us. Then when I just walked up and started speaking she gave a dead stare and said then grab them, no look at the receipt or even my face. She was so rude We will not return.

This store has definitely taken a turn for the worst. No hope of it improving. Employees are unfriendly and seem mad they have to work alone, close alone and clean up alone. Lady/kid makes sandwiches entirely behind the counter cooler door while grabbing the food from inside instead of out in the bins in front of you. Dirty, and though they ask what kind of bread you prefer, only white is ever an option. No napkins in the entire store, only paper towels from the bathroom. Windows and doors too filthy to touch, all glass is visibly unclean and hasn’t been wiped in a very long time. Chips not out for choosing, just terrible. Wouldn’t even know if it’s open as the lights are turned off and open sign doesn’t get turned on anymore.

Anthony H is without a doubt the worst employee I’ve every seen. If useless had a face in the dictionary. Two ppl “working” two customers. Me and a elderly lady. Anthony is on his phone, leaning against the counter making a tic toc or something, while the young girl made the elderly woman salad. I stood there for ten minutes waiting to even be greeted…..in all it took 30min for Anthony to finish making her salad and my sandwich…never seen someone so slow

We have been here twice in two weeks. The first time was last Sunday evening (11/23/25), where the worker spent 40 whole minutes making 2 sandwiches and tried to sell us his t-shirts. Then today (11/30/25), we arrived and my husband waited in the store for an employee to come out to serve him, but even after yelling for assistance, no one came out.

I have had issues with this location before but today I am stuck at home with no car so I ordered delivery due to location. My sandwich has onions and green peppers all over which was not on order. Best part is their phone number is disconnected. So you can’t even complain. I am truly done this time.

This is the WORST subway ever. They barely put anything on the sandwiches. Ot was mostly bread. The female employee who made the sandwiches was rude. We paid $42 on 4 sandwiches and got ripped off.
SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…EVEN ANOTHER SUBWAY.

I came in late probably ten minutes before close and was greeted with a happy smile and a, how was your day. Not only was the sandwich artist amazing at her job. But when I walked in, she was consoling a neighboring employee from another restaurant while cleaning her own store. Best atmosphere. I’ve been to at a fast food joint in a long time. Keep it up and I will be back
