They want you to scan a sign next to the register to give them a good google review but they can’t execute a order correctly consistently depending on who’s working and sadly this inconsistency is a regular thing with this location. you ask for it toasted on the order they don’t toast it, you request Italian herbs and cheese bread you get stale multi grain instead

PLEASE hire people that can speak ENGLISH! I cant even place an order properly because subway chooses to hire people that speak no English at all and want me to speak to them in Spanish! Spanish isn’t my language and is not a requirement for me to order food, however it is a requirement before getting hired to be able to at least communicate with the customers in ENGLISH! Do better subway!!! Also, note my sandwich was not made the way i want because of the workers lack of communication and inability to speak English!

Used the Subway App 6/13/2021 – 5PM ordered 4 sandwiches & once I arrive the door was locked & no one working, don’t come here you’ll be disappointed, also the subway should not even let you order via the subway app, I was charged $28.33 now I have to dispute it with My bank..

Disgusting.
The employee brought out lettuce with no gloves. She dumped it in with the other lettuce in the pan. She proceeded to put her BARE hand in the lettuce and scrape the remaining lettuce out. I left and told her about this. If a person will do this in front of you…what do they do to your food when your not looking.
When I told her this as I was leaving, she said she didn’t understand English while chewing on food, which, I don’t believe because she obviously understands enough to take orders.

I always come here to grab a sandwich during my lunch break as I work nearby. The two Hispanic ladies that work there are always friendly, although one of them isn’t fluent in English, I’ve never had a problem with an order. I would suggest ordering through the Subway app and picking it up, as not only will the order be what you want most of the time, you also get reward points you can use at checkout. The previous reviewers are correct in stating that the drinking machine is broken and the restrooms aren’t functioning. However, I don’t believe it’s the two employee’s fault as they’re only there to create the sandwiches. I would personally put blame on the owners of the store as I can tell they don’t really care about the conditions of their store. Especially if I always see the same two workers there everyday, lol. You can also tell the Subway franchise could care less as well, as there are multiple Subways that you can find within a 5 mile distance. In fact I believe there is another Subway just 5 minutes away from this one!

I really don’t know why this location is still open. Each time I go into this location there is a line. Everyone wants to eat so that’s not the issue, why is there only ONE person working?!?!?! Especially during lunch hours (12pm-3pm). Then unfortuantely, the ONE person that is working, has a strong accent so there is always a language barrier which delays the sandwich making process even more. And the icing on the cake is that this location is ALWAYS out of something, whether its onion, jalapenos, mustard, etc. ALWAYS! WHY??? Can someone explain???? I guess I didn’t have to write this review because I will never be back, but I want everyone to know before they head there.

I work all over Houston and this is by far the worst subway I’ve been too. Unfortunately it is a few doors down from my home base. The girls are friendly but never have the supplies they need. Today I went in for a drink and they had only water bottles, oj and watermelon drink. The fountain drink has been out for. Along time or at least out of flavors . They have no subway bags, no bathroom that works , no drinks and sometimes not all the items needed for sandwiches . I feel bad for the girls that have to work there . The owners clearly do not care , cheap and tying to save. Money. They had no change to pay In cash so I couldn’t purchase the drink or chips I went in for . They used to be good but new owners are Terrible terrible ownership . You are a franchise . You have to follow their standards not just run it into the ground because you’re cheap!! I’m embarrassed to recommend anyone to go there for lunch .

Last night we stop by I was impressed that even though it was already late the young lady there service was great! She surpassed my expectations to the point where here I am giving them a review! She was really nice, her helper was in training and she was very helpful to her… I really appreciate her great customer service to me and my family! Definitely a team leader and team player

Daughter placed an order online. Arrived at location at 7:50 pm store already closed workers inside would not come to door.Food was paid for online. The least thing they could have did was at least come to the door I’m sure that they knew it was a pick up oder coming. Very very very bad customer service. Daughter wants refund debited back to her card immediately. Daughter will be contacting store management first thing in the morning as well. Poor business for real.
