Definitely felt like the gentleman tonight decided to take a family of 4 order that just walked in the door before Mine as I was sitting there waiting already in line for my order to be taken. When they walked in waited behind me he asked how he could help them and what they’d like to order before me the mom of the family even said you can start by taking the gentlemans order that’s been here for couple minutes already before we came in. Definitely feel like i was profiled against as this is 2nd time this specific worker done this to me.

If I could give the zero stars, I would the girl working there is rude. She messed up my order and when I brought it to her attention, she messed up my order. She looked at me like well. What do you want me to do about it? how about make the order correct like I ordered it then when I called to ask for the general manager’s information I’m hung up on. Asked for extra mayo, first time there was barely any mayo. We went back, dude had no idea what to do when it says on the receipt for extra mayo but in the sandwich there’s no extra mayo. He asked: what do you want me to do? Ummmm. Then he asked for the half bitten sandwich and put more mayo on there. He should’ve made a new one. Cuz that’s not sanitary

Extremely Disappointed – Serious Hygiene & Customer Service Issues
I’ve made several attempts to resolve this—calling the store, asking to speak with someone—but no one ever follows up. After checking other Google reviews, I see I’m not alone in having issues with Amánda.
What happened during my recent visit was completely unacceptable. Amánda threw a mayonnaise bottle into the spinach tub and didn’t clean it off or replace the contaminated ingredients. That’s a clear food safety violation and shows complete disregard for customer health.
What’s worse is that while her coworkers were trying to take our order professionally, she kept interrupting them and taking over—acting like she’s in charge and dismissing both customers and her team. It created an uncomfortable and chaotic experience.
This location used to be a regular stop for my family, but we won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and behavior go unchecked. I’ve now started going to the Subway near 290 and Jones, where I hope customer service and cleanliness are taken more seriously.

Paid $11 for a sub that had no cheese and was missing the smashed avocado that comes on it. Also was given shredded chicken instead of the chicken cubes that it’s supposed the come with. WTH is happening to subway. Definitely one my last times eating here, quality has gone down down down while they have the nerve to charge $11 for a foot long. Also forces you to mobile order to use a coupon, I guess so you don’t know your sandwich is wrong until you get home. 2 thumbs down.

Worst subway that I’ve been to. I ordered online. Do not ask for anything toasted, because they straight up burn the bread there so the outside is dark and crispy and all the edges are black. The cut ingredients are poorly cut and are wilted. To top it off, both the women working here had attitudes with multiple customers.

Service at this location is always horrible. Amanda had horrible customer service. If she’s not able to give good or great customer service she should not be taking orders. She acted as if she couldn’t hear me and took disregard. She had to be asked to change her gloves which that should be apart of the training given. After each sandwich or salad change gloves, its about being clean. I’ve changed location because there’s always an issue with this specific location. Either it’s the rudeness if the workers cleanliness, or them closing an hour earlier with the lights still on but door locked. Never knew subway closed at 8
