Great customer service. My only issue is my sandwhich barely had….no, it had no meat. Other than that, the bread and the tiny bits of meat that were found were promising. I ordered a steak and cheese. I should’ve taken a closer look before leaving.

Waited almost 15 minutes with NO customers in front of me. 1 employee who didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked in and stood at the counter silently for over 10 minutes while he made a mobile order with 6 sandwiches. I get the need to work on mobile orders, but when you have a customer standing in front of you, you should AT LEAST acknowledge them and apologize for the wait or take a break from the mobile order to make my sandwich since I’m standing there waiting. And he was very slow with the sandwiches he was actually making.

This Subway is trying to nickel and dime customers to make money. Ordered a foot long oven roasted turkey sandwich. Every other Subway I’ve eaten at, puts a decent amount of turkey ham on the sandwich. Usually two layers of meat using about 16 slices of turkey. My sandwich had exactly 8 slices. The description on the receipt says 16 slices. The price charged was 60 cents higher than what the menu behind the counter stated.

Nobody knew what they were doing but management seemed to be the issue. I asked for something on the menu and they didn’t know what it was. I had to list the items on the sandwich menu hanging right above their head. There was a hair in one of our sandwiches and no one was wearing a hair net.

Great service, BUT a little tough to wash your hands after going to the bathroom (EMPLOYEES INCLUDED) when your sink is broken and the person in charge of the bathroom DECIDED not to put soap in the dispenser. Another prime example of the “entitled” generation. Just show up and get a paycheck. Mediocre effort, expecting high reward. Nice people making the sandwiches though. They do great in that area.

Lady at the counter was extremely disrespectful and rude. She did not have any other bread besides white and wheat bread surprisingly. No worries, I thought I’ll just get a white bread sandwich. Then, as I tried to order my usual option, the turkey italiano, she said she could not do that for me, and that it was not on the menu. No worries, once again, I asked for an Italian BMT but substitute the ham for turkey. Majority of Subways are understanding and do this with no complaints. Except this one; the lady insisted she would upcharge me and that she could not do that for me. She was extremely unhelpful, spoke too quietly to understand, and was completely unenthusiastic. She made me feel like a burden to even be there. Do not go to this Subway unless you want poor service, upcharges, and employees that make you want to leave.

I came in 45 minutes before closing, I just had got out of work and was too tired to make dinner. They were already closing up (yes, 45 min before closing, also having other people coming into the store, not just me), I felt awful though. I apologized and was very polite. Instead of an “it’s alright” or something along the lines of “i get it”, I got eye rolls and a nasty attitude. This was the most rude man I’ve ever met behind any counter. He was YELLING at me. “What do you want” I said the sandwich i wanted. “Bread.” I asked him to repeat, I was still baffled by the attitude I couldn’t comprehend for a second. He *SCREAMED* “WHAT BREAD DO YOU WANT”. He nastily and scolding grabbed the bread i asked for, slapped the meats and cheese onto it MESSILY and practically threw it at me after i paid. When I brought the sandwich home for my boyfriend and I, we had to push all of it together because of how dismembered it was. I will NEVER come to this subway again. I’d rather gather up the energy to make my own sandwich.

First visit here, Placed an order for pick up, when we picked it up the woman (didn’t get her name) quickly grabbed our order read it to us and let us know the sealed bag had been completed incorrectly. Without hesitation she gave us two free drinks for the inconvenience and prepared the sandwich quickly. By the time we were done getting our drinks our order was corrected and we were on our way. It may not mean much to most but It was her quick response and her lack of hesitation that blew me away!!! Definitely coming back – great first impression guys !!!!! Clean location, great customer service !!!!
