I finally found a subway with diet coke only to order a tuna sandwich with more bread than tuna. Wth. I have never received a tuna sandwich with such a small amount on it. As asked for my bread toasted and they heated up the tuna on the sandwich. They had to remake so I received rude looks till the sandwich was made. Very disappointing..

My sandwich was absolutely terrible! The chicken was cold like it was not toasted with the bread. No cheese. The sauces although I specifically put light were squeezed on there as if purposely adding extra. The employees hate their job and I get it so I ordered online hoping I’d get a better experience but nope not at all. Ruined my lunch waisted my time definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Do NOT do online orders! They don’t update the menu every hour or so if you want something specific you won’t know if it will be out of stock and all sales are final. If you want to order I suggest do it in person and do it old school style.

Rude service only went gentleman was kind to my son and I . A lady named Bertha very rude . Upset because I asked if there will be more white bread and if so how long because my son wanted white bread and at 6 pm she tells me no we aren’t making none because it’s late. Ok but yall close at 9 but whatever then I try to pay with a hundred dollar bill and automatically scoffs and says we don’t take it and leaves the register to tell her co worker and I asked because I heard her say did she not see the sign so I replied where is it and the co worker said it’s only here and I was like yeah I don’t order here at the register nor is it outside so not my fault he went next door to change it and I paid . Such a rude place . Last time I go there.

Coupons can’t be read since a year and this time they was out of fountain drinks only one was available wow this location is the worst they have to give a better service. I recomended to go a different location, the other are not that bad.

The person taking my order had no patience. They didn’t even wait 30 seconds for me to decide what I wanted and skipped to the person behind me in line, completely ignoring my turn. The customer service at this place is terrible.

I ordered from this location using the app for delivery. The only thing correct was the sandwich. I ordered jalapeño chips and a classic coke, and I received Cheetos and a Diet Coke instead, without any notice that substitutions were being made. I tried to call the location and no one would pick up. I tried to find a place in the app to notify that my order was incorrect, but there was no way to do it, so now I’m leaving a public message as it’s the only way to let Subway know.

I went today with coupon that said in a quote “Free Footlong With Purchase Of Any Fountain Drink” this lady charged me the full amount. Her excuse where the coupon did not scan. Plus the fountain drinks DOESNT have many verity they always had them empty and also they DONT had and sweet tea brew always empty. I NEVER EVER SETTING FOOT THIS ESTABLISHMENT I will let know everyone not to come here it’s disgrace Please Tty Another Location
