Ordered on DoorDash tonight. My order was literally thrown together. Sandwich bread and cookie were hard as a rock, and my drink was missing. Whether a person is standing there to get an order or have it delivered the quality should be the same.

Sunday night 01-25-26 9pm ish ordered 2 subs the place looked like it was going out of business all the veggies, meats and cheese where out the cooler (it was not being actively cleaned at the moment) also everything did not look fresh at all the lady helping looked as if she had just woken up from a long nap she made the subs but was not very happy about it. I felt bad she may have been going through something personal. I never get Subway but its kind of what i expected for a fastfood chain, wish i would have taken pictures of the chaos unfolding before my eyes. They have cameras so if they work id recommend management check the recordings.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with my recent orders. I ordered from your location on Tuesday and both of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. I understood mistakes happen, so I didn’t make a big deal of it.
However, I ordered again today and both sandwiches were made wrong again. At this point it’s really frustrating because I’m paying for items made a specific way and not receiving what I ordered.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich, and the employee barely put anything on it. It looked like she counted each tiny piece of chicken, leaving huge gaps across the bread. The scoop she used wasn’t even filled she just tossed a few pieces on there and called it a day.

When I pointed it out, she insisted “nothing was missing,” even though it was obvious the portion was nowhere near what other Subway locations serve. On top of that, her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and honestly miserable.

My usual Subway was closed, so I gave this one a chance never again. This was a complete waste of money, and I will not be returning.

This is the 2nd time I order from this location and my sandwich was skinny flat and looked so sloppy and thrown together. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve had this issue with this location and the manager never does a thing about it. Read the previous reviews, that says it all. That’s that I add all the veggies possible. It was mostly bread and sauce. Couldn’t even see the lettuce, tomatoes or subcrunch at all. Was left completely unsatisfied once again. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve experienced. Manager was absolutely no help and tried to justify their associate’s mistake, instead of correcting them. All of these reviews are bad and she doesn’t change a thing to satisfy the customers needs. When I didn’t once ask for a refund but was simply telling her so the associate can get better training to prevent this mistake again for other customers. She can ignore the issues, but obviously they are barely putting toppings to save themselves money. Customer satisfaction should be #1 priority always. Never using this location again and if I were you, I would use the Woodforest location because I’ve never had this issue with them.

Subway has pretty decent Sandwiches. Their prices are still a little lower Then the other chain sandwich shops. I actually went in to this particular Subway and got a sandwich and set probably 30 minutes after a had eaten because of some back spasms I didn’t feel like driving right away. They were very understanding even refilling my drink for me. They have free Refills but they usually don’t do table service. I really appreciate that and thank you staff.
