I. Hive it a 1 star because at least they have the clear glass for serving so you’re able to see the food is clean. I didn’t give it 5 stars because they really scam you out on the meat portions, they give you half a spoon per 6 inch. Most of our subs were just bread and cheese. I circled the portion with a few strands of chicken , the employee kept taking chicken out of the spoon to give you half or less than half charges $2 extra for the meat.

This place is the absolute worst Subway in the area.
I’ve tried to come more than once around 8:30 pm not even closing time and the doors are already locked and staff is gone. A closed store and staff no where in sight. The lights are cut completely off. I live down the street and ordered doordash it defaults this location and before 8 pm there are absolutely no meatballs for meatball sub and they still want you to give them your service. The absolute worst place.
Don’t even waste your time or money just take your business else. This place needs to shut down!

I went in today got a foot long to share with my sister the guy behind the counter looked at me sideways. The sandwich I got came with bacon okay fine the I’ll take just turkey and ham still got charged for bacon. Then asked for veggies and he put the veggies on as if he was paying them to use the veggies now we go on a regular basis to subways that are near us and the load the sandwich up. Now I seen this guy make 3 sandwich in front of me and loaded them things up. Why did I have to get such a skinny sandwich.

The only thing I don’t like is when they ask what size drink I want and I ask for a small, they say they are out of small cups. They have been out of small cups for 3 months. I think either corporate or franchise owners tell the employees to tell customers they don’t have small cups, so customers are forced to buy a medium or large drink. That’s not good business practice. Find other ways to bring up your numbers or sales, not by teaching your employees to scam for you.

Placed ordered online so did not notice until I got home that my sandwich was missing most of the ingredients. The place was empty so it wasn’t due to being busy. The bread also wasn’t fresh. It was very hard.

On Saturday I went to buy a sandwich and a girl came out angry and didn’t want to sell and there were more people she didn’t want to serve and it was 8 pm. Put people who want to work and with a good attitude.
