I ordered 4 sandwiches and cookies for delivery- our choices were not followed at all. One sandwich was only 4” and no veggies put on at all and a big piece of fat! Another was chosen for no marinara sauce and it was put on, as well as the wrong bread needless to say that sandwich was thrown away!
Lettuce was brown, what little bit we got. Most of sandwiches were thrown away!! Very skimpy ok all the meats. A total waste of my money!! Do not order from this store unless you are there to watch them make your food! We’ll not order from this location again!

The times we come here to eat and Ray is working the counter, he is always very happy. He is a very silly person, very fast sandwich artist, and always very respectful and kind. When we want a sandwich, we make the drive to this subway. Wish more sandwich artists were like him!

Just hit the Walmart Subway and had to ask for more meat on the Cold Cut Combo because she put 6 slices on a 12 in and when I asked if that was correct she put 3 more slices which is still not correct when I looked it up, it should be 12.

I asked for a plastic spoon they had on the side, and the employee told me that it was their policy to tell customers “no spoon without buying food.” I buy there all the time and spend 20$ on a halfway decent sub. Wow

No one was at the front counter. The restaurant had no customers nor employees. We were looking at the menu and waited for someone to assist us. It took about a minute before we were acknowledged. The man, working by himself, walked out of the back room, did not greet us, nor make eye contact, aggressively slammed the cover open to begin picking out the meats, and with an attitude said “how many sandwiches?” By then we decided to walk out, and let him know, “no we aren’t taking anything” as we walked away. Unprofessional and clearly his mental state is not well. This was our first visit at this subway and we had a very poor experience.

Friday March 3rd, about 6:15p, my Grand Daughters went in, for the first time in that store, and was immediately put of by the person behind the counter.
This guy working there, had a real attitude when we tried to order from him.
Now realizing that he might be alone, on a Friday night when it is probably busy, is no fault of his, but of the Management, not covering that store properly.
Having said that, the employee having an attitude behind the counter, working for a company is not good PR for said company. Check your attitude at the door and do the job you were hired for.

This subway used to be really good. In the last year they have lost their best people. The people are nice but they do not clean or keep their meats/veggies covered up. Just had a ham sandwich, and I had to take the ham off my sandwich because it was dry and rubbery. This is caused by the employee NOT closing the doors/lids on the food. They have big doors over the food, just close them! This shows a level of laziness and attitude towards quality. Im not coming back..
