I think i just have really bad luck when placing curbside orders, but sometimes I just have to when we’re out, my older kids are starving and my baby is sleeping in the car. But anyways, today, I waited nearly 30 minutes past when my curbside order was said to be done. Which, it WAS done. The Rockstar that was inside, was inside alone with a packed lobby and couldn’t run out and I couldnt run in because, as I said, my baby was asleep and honestly I’d rather walk a mile on thumbtacks before I purposely wake her up mid nap. So the wait duration was not at the fault of the female worker but I’d say management/ scheduling/ whoever decided to call off and not cover their shift. I wish they were able to turn off curbside for situations like this, especially since I couldn’t cancel my order (understandably since it was already made). All that said, when I did get our food, it was delicious. Made as requested. Lettuce was a little skimpy, but I didnt ask for “extra”. So if management reads this, get the girl some HELP and a raise.

The welcome was warm by a sweet lady. One of the kiosk wasn’t working so I went to the front to order and a male employee told me that if I have a coupon to use the kiosk, but the kiosk doesn’t accept coupons, I wanted to get my order taken with him, but he was on his phone talking. Then he was in the process of making my food he was still on the phone didn’t toast my chicken with the cheese . i don’t know if they’re supposed to but he didn’t. his customer service is very bad didn’t give the customers the light of day .

The service is absolutely great and now they have new kiosk or you can actually order your food. You don’t have to wait in line. You can go up there order the food and just wait for them to call your number. That’s fabulous.

You are told to use the Kiosk for a discount but then receive a much slower service. Personnel preparing your food have a lot of uncovered and unkept facial hair that can easily end up in your food. The drink station has about two options for drinks because most are out or broken. Take a little longer drive and go to one of the many other Subways nearby. Or better yet avoid Subway altogether and go to mcallister’s for much better food at the same price.

It’s 12:18 pm 4/24/24 ….It wouldn’t upload my videos of when I first encountered whatever the hell this is in my sandwich. I called and the boy that answered tonight tell me “oh idk how it got in there if your husband watched us, I can take your number but can’t tell you when someone gonna call you. We have no manger on duty” never offered a refund, a remake , NOTHING and kept cutting me off while I was talking . I will definitely be contacting corporate!
