This is one of the best Subways I’ve ever been to. Because of my job, I usually stop in right before closing, and the staff always treat me with kindness. The customer service here is excellent, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Josh is full of energy and always makes me feel welcome. This truly is the best Subway in Gatesville, and having it inside Walmart makes it extra convenient. I can’t say enough good things about this location!

Please hiring people that are at least interested in working. This young lady seemed pissed off she had to be here. She threw the meat on the sandwich and when finished, threw the sandwiches in the baskets. She told my wife she couldn’t add anything to the new pocket sandwiches. It actually says add-ons are an additional charge. She is costing you money. She also made it seem like we had no choice but to put our dressing on first when dressing is last and has been since the creation.

I walked in around 5:30 6-15-25. The guy working behind the counter “jacob” instantly seemed uninterested. He was simply throwing things on my sandwich. When I’d ask for more of one thing, he seemed to get more irritated. He then quickly wrapped it up and tossed it in a bag without asking if I’d like to eat it here or take it to go. I told him I’d like it for here, and he rolled his eyes as he quickly unwrapped it and threw it in a basket then with an attitude. I can’t believe a restaurant that requests tips has people working with the kind of attitude Jacob did.

Collin was amazing! He did this sandwich a great experience, while I’m eating here at my job I can’t stop thinking about how good this sandwich is!!! Everything that you make with a good attitude comes out amazing, this is the type of employee that every food place should have, if you are a customer that’s reading this, Collin is worth every penny on tips, tip him, and to subway corporate, GIVE THIS EMPLOYEE A RAISE! You don’t want him leaving he’s a good one!

Quit cutting my wraps in half you should ask the customer if they want it cut in half not just assume they do. It’s bad enough. These things have a hole on each end would and not complained if they would’ve asked instead of just assuming I wanted to cut in half.

The restaurant was not busy. It took me 45 mins to get my sandwich. Workers were very unconcerned with the customers that they had in the restaurant. Veggie bar was not supplied.
When I asked for guacamole the server scraped the remnants of what was left and said the other is frozen! REALLY?????????? My warm sandwich was cold before my order was ever complete! This is not the first or second time this has happen. They need to find different employees that will take pride in their job.

Terrible experience, the employees are very careless and rude definitely not in any kind of hurry. “We don’t have meat sauce and I’m not making it right now” I was the only person in line and it took me 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. Because she was on her cell phone the whole time I was ordering. And sticking her finger in her ear over and over again as she was making my sandwiches. These employees should be fired. They were working on Saturday the 31st at 12:00 so you know who was on the schedule. Tattoo of an eyeball on her arm.
