Bridgeport is lucky to have such a good Subway. Even though the building is older and the decor is a bit dated and in need of a remodel, the team is always on top of things, friendly and make a beautiful sandwich. The store is clean and they always have what I want. What more could you ask for!

The subway is clean, the staff are nice, but really didn’t receive much “sandwich” for the money. Sprinkle of lettuce, 3 slices of cucumber, 3 small tomato slices. Ended up adding ingredients when I got home. Haven’t had subway in a long time, maybe this is how it’s done now, just felt like I was left wanting more sandwich/toppings.

I ordered my food on the app. And sent someone to pick up my order. Its a sub sandwich for crying out loud why do you need an hour to make a sandwich. I will not be going back here for a long time. The manager couldn’t even help me. Now I have spent over $15.00 for a meal that I don’t even get to eat. Thanks subway for nothing. Yep I got mad and I yelled at the manager sure did we are talking about food and money 2 things you mess with.

The amount of mayonnaise on my pick up order was absolutely insane. I never leave bad reviews but why do I have more mayo than any other ingredient on my sandwich.

Really love coming to this Subway, fast friendly service, staff or very helpful and knowledgeable about menu items and specials, the place is clean as well as bathrooms, highly recommend stopping by, getting yourself one of their daily specials, that change daily, 7.57 for a six inch sandwich, veggies of your choice, small drink and chips or two cookies, great deal, I eat here very often

They almost always don’t make the sandwich as ordered. Typically they do not add the extra meat and or cheese if ordered be it by phone in, or online. They almost do not want to when you’re standing there ordering your sandwich. Service isn’t as bad as some places. There’s one lady a manager I suppose, she’s bad about it but she always has an excuse for it. Also you can’t use online coupons at this store.
It’s been a year later and still no double meat. This place sucks bad. The two photos are from my most recent order. Double meat on a Titan turkey sandwich is supposed to be either 32 or 36 slices I don’t honestly remember but the pic of the sandwich is nowhere near enough for double meat.

Attitude at this location has kinda been hit or miss. Today was a big miss. The meat didn’t even reach the end of the bread by a good inch or two. Then it was slathered with sauce. Hardly any onions put on. Just like…damn man.

Cool folks working.. BUT come on coming out of the office and turn on water in order to wash hands but only drippling water onto your finger tips for 5 seconds or so.. thats not proper hygiene. You can do that stuff at home be as nasty as you want. Then when asked to wash hands I get laughed at. Wow customer service and self respect is out the window. I venture to say the manager and or owner know how these people operate but won’t do anything since they pay them so low and nobody else wants to come take the postion, so you keep them around until the cause a real problem.
