Came in for a breadless bowl. The male employee was very rude telling me it was a salad. He was laughing at me and being very rude. The woman making my bowl then told me it’s better if I go to a different subway next time because they don’t do Al carte. I literally wanted what was on the menu. I asked for meatball, pepperoni and cheese with veggies. He mocked me saying you want a salad. No one said anything to him for acting that way

Male and female emplyoyee working. Female was sweet enough, male however, had some pretty crummy customer service. Felt like we inconvenienced him the moment we walked through the door. Restaurant itself was clean enough, but it was also empty. Food was good, but kept having to ask for more veggies 2-3 times, because the bare minimum kept getting put on.

Every time I go in (normally at lunch), there are two employees (Jean and Ever) who are the best employees I have ever seen at any fast food place in my life. I genuinely adore both of them so much and they treat me so kindly and truly deserve a raise because they have the best customer service!!

The girl who put the toppings on my sub, and checked me out, had an ear phone, couldn’t hear me, where as others could. I had to repeat everything at least twice, to the point of almost shouting. I’m not exaggerating. It was very annoying. I felt sorry for the others there, having to wait in line longer and listening to all this.
