Elderly woman didn’t know how to make any sandwiches and talked crap about a previous customer that was in the lobby to us, while being rude to us at the same time, we just wanted sandwiches but couldn’t get them due to her lack of customer service, was willing to spend good money to eat but I guess McDonalds will work better out

I would like to bring this to yalls attention the girl in here today training the blonde hair guy with glasses and the girl with black hair in a pony with black glasses the girl was really hateful and is not training the guy right I work for customer service as well and the young lady did not have a great attitude nor spoke with respect. She was rude not sure if I will ever come back this used to be my favorite subway.

Haley was the sandwich artist who prepared my sandwich, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve been coming to subway since I was a kid. She rolled her eyes several times at how I requested for my sandwich to be prepared. When I told her I didn’t appreciate it she said do you want the sandwich or not. Very unprofessional to treat a loyal customer! Hopefully it was just a bad day and she doesn’t treat her other customers this way.

Service here is consistently terrible. Employees here rarely greet me and seem to take their time to attend the counter, on numerous occasions. They also carry on unrelated conversations with each other while interacting with me. Today, while I was trying to order, another employee came to rearrange the chip display, urging me to move aside multiple times. Shameful and astounding.

The two kids working here tonight have really brought this place down, they need re training ASAP. They serve raw dough, they never cook the meat. They don’t do the simple task of making a sandwich correctly. It’s sad how bad the food and service has gotten. Point me to the district manager. ORDER WITH CAUTION!

100% lost my business! I ordered off line. My phone number is litterally at the top of the receipt so they could have called me. I went in to pick up the order they said nothing. I drive all the way home and open my items and they are wrong. Drive back to the store, the woman I talked to said she made the order and they ran out of something so they just substituted something completely different. They couldn’t even be honest enough to let me know. They could call me and ask me if I wanted something else! They chose dishonesty as there go to. Pretty terrible business practice if you ask me.

Several flies were everywhere. Lids to several foods were left open. The cheddar cheese appeared old with spots and dried out surfaces. They left a new person by herself so I felt a bit guilty. I should’ve walked away b/c my kid has diarrhea now. Now I have to keep and eye on her and just pray it goes away and doesn’t require a hospital visit.

This is the second time I have walked away from placing an order for a sandwich each time I have been here there is always one person they come from the back after moving pans around and touching things grab their gloves without washing their hands the first time the guy dropped the bun on top of one of the containers picked up a d thought I was going to place an order…NOT and this time the lady wiped her nose and picked up some gloves
