i had put in an online order about a half hour ahead of time, i get here, she hasnt even started on mine yet because of the line that continues to pile on her!
i dont know WHY some establishments think its a good idea to leave ONE person by themselves to handle the whole store AND the potential rush of ANY part of the day….but please stop!
get at least 2 people on every shift!

Go to Subway at 309 Trophy Lake Drive, because I just needed a quick 3 sandwiches for my family at closing time and at the front were Ryan and Cayden which both of them did such an amazing job while we were ordering getting exactly what we needed and they both took so much care in taking our order. I highly recommend Subway but Ryan and Cayden made our night and we absolutely loved the food. The atmosphere was very clean and Ryan and Cayden were so nice at doing their job, god bless them.

Walked in for a late lunch and waited in line for the lady in front of me to finish. A lady next door walked in grabbed chips and a drink. Lady behind the counter ask her if that’s all she was getting and checked her out. Ignored me standing there and didn’t say a word to me. Did not ask if it was okay to check her out before me. I know she was just getting a drink chips and cookie but still. Just kind of experience I would expect in the goof rich town. Skip this exit and go to the next town. Way better food and service

Something that I like to do is to have the employee make me something on the menu or off the menu or whatever they want to have to eat. This is a great way to have them express themselves. Self, some of my favorites experience has been from just doing this.
And how is this location not inundated with customers? I had a great experience that says a lot since a Subway location; I know it’s hard to keep employees, let alone the better ones that take an extra 30 seconds to start a friendly conversation.

I set a pickup time for 6:30pm a couple hours ahead so it would be ready when I picked it up. When I walked in no one was to be found and then I saw the employee in the back eating or spitting(looked like he was spitting) When the employee realized someone came in he said do you have a pickup order and I said yes and my name and he says “I’m sorry I didn’t have your sandwich made on time I had a lot of orders” but he was in the back doing something and no one else was in there. He asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited and I said no thanks. When he was making the sandwiches he looked confused. I was on my phone waiting for the sandwiches. Sandwiches were finally made I went home and he didn’t even make the sandwiches right no avocado on my turkey Cali club and he switched the kind of bread with me and my husbands sub so we both got the wrong bread. We went back and asked him to remake the sandwiches and he did willingly but when he went to remake mine he said there was no mayo left at all. So I told him to refund my sandwich which he did. My husband got his sandwich and we left. I find this so unprofessional and it discourages me from coming back. Don’t order online from this place they obviously don’t honor those orders on time or make them correctly.

I had recently came to this subway quit so often that they started to recognize who I am. I don’t really like the environment the people there aren’t the friendliest. I only go because it’s walking distance from my work and the sandwich’s aren’t bad. (Except their drinks they are terrible from the fountain) Today I am writing this because the gentleman who usually says hi to me checked me out at the counter. He asked what sandwich I had gotten I said the number nine. Jokingly I told him you should know this by now. Without hesitation he told me “ I could careless what sandwich you got your total is $8.22…..” truth be told I did not know what to say but okay as I paid for the last time…. I will not be going back. Not only was he extremely rude it was flat out uncalled for.
