The lady who took our order was great! The only problem was the restaurant that was very very dirty, dirty tables, floors and the front door. Instead of talking in the back they should really try cleaning up the restaurant. That’s why I gave it the one star. If the restaurant was cleaner I would have given it more stars.

2 ND time I made an online order on the app. The app said it was ready but when I got to the store, My 2 footlongs have not been made. The other Subway with in walking distance is way better than this one. The Subway in Trophy Club is also better than the one in walmart.

Got some coupons in the mail so decided to go get some subway this evening. It was very good. The lady behind the counter was very sweet. And took her time, even though she was busy making online orders. She stopped and served me in between. Very sweet. Will be back to use some more of those coupons. And their chocolate chip cookies are always the best!

I went to this Subway when there was freezing rain outside and ordered four different custom sandwiches. Jami was kind, quick, helpful and welcoming. It was so nice to have a kind person on a day that was terrible outside. I will definitely return.
