When i walked in i was greeted by a Very polite young man. He took my order and began working on it. A woman of about 55 walked in. She had a feather tatoo on her cheek or neck.
The woman was rude to me and down right offensive to the other employee. Then to make it worse the woman messed up my order. She was so occupied with being the boss, she was the not able to do her job.
The worst part is still coming.
As i walked towards the back to talk her as a customer and a professional, she was on the phone. I heard making racial slurs apparently about her employee being native American or Mexican. This woman is a law suit waiting to happen.

I’ve lived in Krum for awhile and this is the only review I’ve ever given. Absolutely disgusting! The vegetables looked like they have been sitting out for days, everything was discolored the lettuce was brown and she tried to hide it by stirring it around so the patrons won’t see. Only one person working during lunch time and the employees are horrible. The bread was burnt. Everyone was walking out as soon as they walked in. Try the truck stop subway before this place. It’s convenient since it’s one of the only places in town but I’m done with this place

This is the 2nd time we’ve eaten at this Subway and I had to go and give a review! Vinney was the one both times that fixed our subs and let me tell you Vinney made sure he had the sub as if he was going to eat it. Vinney took great care in preparing it the way we wanted and let me tell you the subs were excellent both times.
I told Vinney as long as he was fixing the subs we would be back, he is a very pleasant young man Subway should be proud to have him!
The store was clean and well stocked. We were extremely happy both times!

Farrah was wonderful, however, the line was 5 people long. She informed us that she has only been employed for a week. A older lady with blue hair on the ends was outside when we arrived. She came in, went to the back and came back with drinks for the cooler. She continued to fill the cooler every thought the line was getting longer. I believe the customer should come before the drink cooler.

Ordered on line thur app. Sandwiches were ready when I arrived, everything else was not. I had to ask for cups for drinks, in addition to the cookies that were ordered. Then discovered that there were only two different kinds of chips in stock, neither of which were the one that were wanted. Also it was 8:30 pm when I picked up the order and there was no iced tea, went to get root beer and it was not up to par.

Their was one worker working today, Allen, I was ordering my meal, all was great until the manager, brittany, came in. First she started getting onto him for giving me free food, but I had my money, and then she started accusing him of things he didn’t do, which in my opinion is messed up. Tr he manager made the worker, Allen, go to the back and made me wait by the cash register for 5 minutes, then just walked off. She started texting and walked to the bathroom, Allen had to take back over again since I was just waiting there. Overall, good workers, bad manager. If your ever planning on getting something from subway, do it when the manager isn’t working, it’s not worth it if you do.

Subway is my favorite restaurant but I hate this location as of today. I wanted a 6-inch Turkey Ham for my ill mother and a footlong Oven Roasted Chicken for me. The cashier lady tells me that it’s $12.78! Hello! There is an offer today. She ignored me and said that I have to get two sandwiches of the same size in order to get one free. Does it say that on the offer? NO, IT DOES NOT SAY THAT!!! But she kept arguing and making a scene. I told her to take out half of my sandwich and a drink. Then she pushed the bag my hand and practically threw my change and receipt at me. Rude, dishonest, and and only interested in getting my money. That’s the last time I ever go to this location.

Advertised a free 6 inch with the purchase of a $25 gift card, but then after the purchase of the gift card, didn’t want to honor the free 6 inch. The employee was great, but the manager was rude and I will never return.
