Don’t waste your time. Ordered online and sandwiches were not hardly dressed at all and they didn’t bother putting the names on each one. We had to all dig through each others sandwich to figure out the order (with them not dressed right, it was hard).

It is a GIANT turn off when I walk into a restroom with a BIG sign hanging on door that says “EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK” and there is NO soap in the dispensers!!!! Totaly disgusting and I will NEVER come to this location again! If I could have rated it a ZERO I would have.

My whole order was wrong and my kid got a sandwich she couldn’t even eat. Added extra meat didn’t get it. One was supposed to have roast beef nope not on it. Ordered one kind of cookie got a different kind. And all of the sandwiches looked like they were punched. It was so sloppy and wrong and the lady actually rolled her eyes at me when I showed up on time to do the pick up which even tho I gave her an hour to do 4 sandwiches I still had to wait twenty minutes for her to finish. Now I wish I would have watched her and if she didn’t have what I ordered she could have just refunded me I would have rather gone somewhere else. This is a mess. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a subway.

We went here 12/13, at 8:50PM, and the girl working, was already closed. We were about to order when she mentioned, “i’m already closing.” Their hours clearly say they close until 9pm. I know we were late customers, but like it or not, you are supposed to SERVE and help customers following your actual hours. At the end of the day, that’s what you get paid for.

They refused to sell me an egg white sandwich. I can’t eat anything else on the menu… they said it’s a breakfast item only, no exceptions. Took my business to the subway in dallas which had no problem heating up some egg whites
