Never enough employees. Usually only have 1 employee available to work. There is 2 really amazing and awesome employees, while all the others are terrible. I hate showing up to the subway and realize that I’m going to get a terrible sub because of the person working, on the other hand, when I get one of the 2 amazing employees, I know my sub will be made correctly.

Two guys working there were extremely slow. One of them was obviously high on something. When he was done with a customer he started fixing the condiments (cucumbers), with out gloves, instead of helping the lady behind me.

This is a 24 hour subway, yet when i walked up, the door was locked but the lights were on. I knocked on the window and 2 girls were inside on their cell phones. They looked annoyed that they had to get up, unlock the door and attend to me. One stayed on her cell the entire time i was in the store, the other made my wrap with things on it that i did not ask for. When i questioned her about it, she said thats how it comes. I didn’t argue because I had awaited almost 15 minutes of my lunch break.

Definitely would not recommend coming to this location. Three people working behind the counter and they couldn’t do much of anything. They moved like turtles and there was no customer service. I wont Be coming back to this location that’s for sure!
