It’s like they started charging more and giving less food…. Charge more… Okay but keep the food quantity and quality.. the flat bread itself use to be 1/4in thick now it’s barley 1/8th inch thick…. And I got a sandwich with 3 meats originally on it… But I didn’t want the ham so I got double of one of the other meats and no ham so different meat but same amount…. I even said as long as it’s not more then yeah that should be fine then and still got charged double meat….. And I counted (I believe it was8 pieces on a 6inch side.) while the person I believe to be the GM or the store manager seemed to be overwhelmed but at the same time proud being a word some might use however I would say judgemental with a hint of a face thatíïhu

I love to eat at subway, and I got to this subway all the time … This time there were three kids working , I asked them to get to chop my salad ,they said we don’t do that any more! I said ..ok can I get corporates number ,they said they didn’t have it ,and gave me the manager private number ,poor lady…
I asked for a salad and turkey on it with extra spinach … Didn’t get extra spinach they tore my meat by hand ,asked for Olives I got five little olives , these kids acted like they didn’t know what they were doing ! And all I want was a chopped salad …. My husband doesn’t have teeth so it’s hard to eat a salad whole when you don’t have TEETH…. Shame on you corporate for taking away my chopped salad … My favorite thing !

Blunt & Balanced
I LOVE subway and so does my family. This location is less than a mile from me so it seems logical to support my local businesses. I will usually give a business more than one chance, even if the first time was bad, so I can see if it’s the shift working or the place in general. I’ve been to this place many many times but the last two times will prevent me from returning.
I went March 22nd and then again on March 31st.
On the 22nd I order all 5 of my sandwiches through the subway app, everything written out so there was no confusion. I arrived late for my pick up order, like 30 minutes and my food wasn’t ready….45 minutes after order placed. None were toasted. Bacon missing on two sandwiches that has bacon in the name of the sandwich. Okay, we can work with that.
On the 31st, same thing I order my food through the app, my son runs in to grab the food and so far so good. Nope. Get home and LITERALLY AGAIN they didn’t toast my sandwiches and the two sandwiches STILL DON’T HAVE BACON. It gets better, they forgot to make my sons meatball marinara. I call the store probably 10 times and it rings and rings, no answer. I drive back up there, mad at this point and tell them they forgot one and he asked if I wanted my money back…No, it’s been 10 minutes and this is for my son. We get it, and go home. I ordered the Baja Chicken Bacon sandwich, attached is the picture of the sandwich they gave me. My first bite was completely dry. Why does only half my sandwich have sauce and vegetables…I cannot make this up, did they run out of baja on half my sandwich, what is going on.
I gave them many chances and I understand that there are a lot of teenagers that work there, but that does not excuse them from making orders the way they are placed. I will now be traveling to lake worth or another location to continue my love for subway.

Got a free 6-inch Garlic Roast Beef as part of their promotion on July 11. Sandwich was good. I saw the employee rinse his hands at the sink, but he didn’t wash with soap. Luckily, he used latex gloves to prepare my food.

They never put hardly any meat on sandwiches paid for extra meat on chicken bacon club foot long had one piece of bacon on one half none on the other half the lettuce had vinegarette on it did not ask for it another time I couldn’t find any meat guess I have to drive farther and order from firehouse subs but the subway in Saginaw tx consistency really sucks wish there sandwiches looked something like the pictures in there adds guess I need to find a lawyer for false advertising

My son went to Subway to get my lunch today. I have been craving a BMT for several days! I was so excited to receive my sandwich. When I saw my son walk through the door with that familier yellow, green and white wrapper my heart jumped a beat. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on that delicious cuisine.
