I am a silent shopper. I frequently visit this particular Subway; because each time I have been there the service was great and I was waited on with a degree of courtesy that was exceptional.
My favorite associate is a. Young lady name Angel. Each time this associate gives great customer service. Her service is always given with a smile and in a timely manner. No matter how busy it gets she treats the customers with a smile and is attentive to their orders.
This type of employee deserves to have pay increases and management opportunity. I am a professional shopper and
have served in the public for years.
I just want to give recognition to a deserving employee.

When you find yourself in a situation beyond your control, yet still manage to render quality customer service, it says a lot about you as a person. I went today bc I ordered online showed them that it said paid mind you I ordered twice the worker was busy and basically told me I could cancel the order I couldn’t I asked her what to do she said call subway and they only have it online . I did this twice and spent $25 and I showed her my receipt and everything and she basically was so rude and told me she couldn’t help me when I looked it up it said she could refund it on her end. Totally disappointing and pissed.

I called at 6:45pm. The lady on the phone was very rude to me as I was asking if they had meatballs. I just wanted to know if they were just out at the moment and if they would have more or not. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t serve meatball subs anymore. Very disappointed.

I had a really disappointing experience today at the Subway on NW 28th Street in Fort Worth. As a vegetarian, I was trying to order a Veggie sandwich and wanted to confirm whether the bread, cheese, toppings, and sauces were vegetarian or not.

When I asked the staff member about it, he had no idea. I asked clearly if the items I was selecting were vegetarian or contained any meat or animal-derived ingredients, and his response was simply, “I don’t know, you tell me if you want it or not.”

This was extremely frustrating. At the very least, staff should be trained to know what they’re serving, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions like vegetarian or vegan preferences. It’s basic product knowledge and essential for respectful customer service.

Subway needs to ensure their employees are better informed so that customers can make confident and informed choices. This kind of experience makes it hard to trust what’s being served.

Waited 30 mins! The girl stopped doing my order in FRONT of me to do someone else’s. Make that make sense! Didn’t get her name and she didn’t add the receipt but she had braids and glasses. HORRIBLE service!
