Avoid this Subway if you want good quality and fair treatment. I’ve had two bad experiences with the same employee, an older woman with a missing teeth. She always has an attitude and doesn’t listen to simple requests. I politely asked for just a little lettuce and just look at the picture below…. Another time Ive asked no onions, and again, my request was ignored. This location is closer, but the poor service isn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

Shout out to que and her crew! I had a huge catering order for my husband’s work and they got it done with zero problems. Everything was fresh!! The bread was baked perfectly and soft. PLENTY of meat on the sandwich. The modifications we asked for were on point and they were so polite and helpful and answered ALL of my questions prior to placing the order. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! Did a mobile order this evening (1/19/23) for 3 sandwiches. I didn’t catch the young man’s name who made our sandwiches (younger, Hispanic maybe?) but I just wanted to say that these are the nicest, neatest Subway sandwiches we have ever had in our whole lives. No exaggeration! Meat and veggies were neatly placed, good amount of everything. Normally it’s all kind of just slapped together sloppily and lettuce is just a sprinkle. First time at this location and will definitely return. The inside was also clean and nicely updated.

He was very kind and paid close attention to the ingredients he used (he removed some pepper tops, and added nice servings when my kids asked for extras – thank you Tre). BEWARE!! The employee helped herself to a tip by adding it to the total herself. She wasn’t even the one that made the sandwiches, she only checked us out!! She told me the total was $22 and some change but I actually paid $27.
I called the number on the receipt listed for Virginia Lynch the area supervisor but of course she’s unconcerned. It’s no wonder this employee felt so comfortable doing this when she knows upper management will do nothing about it.

I used to work and love Subway but it has really gone down hill in the last few years. There is a location down beach that I’ve given up on because it’s dirty and gross. But I told myself I was going to give the Western Center one next to Supercuts one more shot because the last time we went they “didn’t have the ingredients”. I went in tonight and the worker was talking to a woman inside of the store not eating or ordering so I can only assume loitering. And proceeded to talk to her instead of greet us but then proceeded to tell us it was cash only. No cards. I swear it’s always something.
