I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch on Thursday afternoon. Approximately 20 minutes after eating it, I was violently throwing up. This lasted about 12 hours. I am just now (day 3) somewhat back to normal strength. Something in that sandwich had bacteria and gave me food poisoning. Safe to say I will NOT be back!

Ordered and paid on the app. Went to pick up my sandwich and they didn’t have my order. The money was taken out of my bank, but they told me they couldn’t do anything about it due to no order on their end. So, I got charged, no food, they couldn’t do anything about it in store, nor did they make the sandwich even though I showed them I was charged for the food.

This is supposed to be a Turkey bacon guacamole wrap. No bacon! Then after I said no to heating up the meat once , the employee almost heated it. I had to stop him, then I guess cause his shift was over at 4 and it was 3:57, he thought “screw dude and his wrap” cause he just stop making the wrap and went into the back without saying anything. He comes back , whispers to his coworker who finished my wrap and next thing I know he was clocking out. What happened to customer service? Completing your duty before leaving ? Maybe it’s me but this establishment needs improvement

Beware of this location. Check your receipts. They are manually adding tips when you’re not paying attention. (It was a black male and Mexican female working at the time) Thankfully my mother always checks afterwards.

This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at subway. The bread was not cooked all the way through and was soggy. I don’t know how that even happens.. The insides were not hot, even though it was toasted. I would have taken it back had I not already been back at work. Very disappointing.

Worst subway I have ever been too. Busy as hell and letting money walk out the door. Currently still in line after standing here for more than half an hour. Have not been spoken to. No apologies to any customers. No sense of urgency from anyone, just seems like no one cares in the least. Very unhappy that I wasted my whole lunch break and DONT GET LUNCH. Do better, how hard is it to make a sandwich.
