The staff needs more training in learning ENGLISH as this is not the first time happened she/he couldn’t do as mentioned in the order. No sauces no proper toppings mentioned in it. No one lifts the call when there is issue with order.

Service started out great, but the experience became confusing. When I ordered a wrap, I was told I could only have two peppers and that I couldn’t add vegetables that weren’t listed. Because of that, I ended up switching to a 6-inch sandwich, but then I was told I could only have three peppers on it.
I ended up purchasing both items because it seemed like the wrap had already been made and I didn’t want it to go to waste. However, I’ve never been told there was a limit on how many peppers I could have on a sandwich. It would be helpful if the menu clearly stated these limits so customers know ahead of time what they can and cannot add.

If they are going to offer 3” subs on 6” bread, they should probably reduce the prices… I fully understand portion control on the protein options because that probably makes up 70% of their costs, but if you’re going to use portion size scoops, don’t portion it correctly, flat topped, and then dump 1/3 out on top of it… I’ve never seen a sandwich shop that was stingy with lettuce before… a small child adding a pinch of lettuce to 1 half of a 6” is pretty pathetic. Idk if that 12 year old was secretly the owner trying to cut costs or what, but definitely never going back to this subway… thankfully there are like 7 other options to chose from in weatherford

I love coming into this Subway. They are so friendly and the manager Diana is the most helpful person ever!! When I go to Weatherford this is the only Subway I go to!! I give it a 5 star!!

I eat Subway quite often in the Houston area where I live. I just had the best one I ever had thanks to the recommendations of Carson. He was such a joy to talk to…so friendly, polite and genuine. He is an absolute asset to your store. If you are able, he needs a raise or at least a bonus. He is phenomenal!!!

If you get the pleasure to have your order taken by Carson, you will leave validated, feeling happy, and experiencing the best customer service. People were waiting behind me, but Carson focused only on my order and talking me into a different sandwich because they were out of what I wanted. Carson was correct in his recommendation!!! I ordered food for delivery and it sat there for 2 hours without being delivered so I went and picked it up myself. Upon asking for a refund I was denied because they go through doordash for delivery…. my food was absolutely disgusting so I’m out food and money, will never go here again
