I use this one because it is closer to my house. #1 One time I ordered in person and no one would check me out. The girl behind the counter said she did not know how. There were two others behind the counter just ignoring me. #2 the last three times I ordered I requested each half wrapped separately. They did not. I included a picture of the receipt with the request. #3. My sandwich was a total mess. See the picture.

Typically Great staff and delicious food depending on who is working. I understand portion cost and stuff but 1st time charged me for the Italiano and since I wanted the turkey instead of the ham she proceeded to charge me $3 for extra meat but only put the normal amount on there same with the double meat for ham and turkey but put normal portion. However the second time we went staff was very nice and actually made the sandwiches to our specifications and was exactly what we wanted.

Came in and the lobby was nasty tables were dirty the lady behind the desk making the food was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me add veggies to my sandwich had to clean my own table asked if I could buy some olives and pickles and was told no I will never be back completely disappointed

Been to this subway several times and I gotta say I won’t be going back. I really like subways food, but the older lady employee always ruins it for me. The first time I ordered chicken bacon ranch, and she stated that they weren’t making any bacon on that day because they were going to be closed The next day and didn’t want to waist anything. Another time I ordered online because I didn’t want to deal with the employee, and they got my order completely wrong. When I called to have it corrected, they were very rude about it saying they know what they made… They completely mess up my order Everytime I order delivery like they think they customer isn’t watching we can just slap anything on there any kind of way and say we toasted it and they can’t do anything about it. It’s crap, no integrity

The manager is very rude. Wouldn’t do a simple substitution from a menu item. We have ordered it the same way for years. Across the country. When we told this to the manager she was not so polite and told us she worked at that location for 4 years and never saw us there before. Not smart enough to ring up the sandwich as ordered vs as a menu item. Went to the other subway in town and they figured it out. With no issues. Don’t live here not coming back. Don’t waste your time on rudeness.

I was in a happy mood and patient, but it took me 20 minutes to move through the line with only two people in front of me and the first employee who helped me was so angry it made me feel out of place being happy at all. He was so mad that he was fumbling all over the place and having to redo orders, self sabotaging. Like, I feel for the guy, but I just want my food with polite and professional interactions please. The other two employees were nice but the first guy really tanked the vibe.
