After they messed up my sandwich, the first time I tried to give this place another chance. I went in asking for a 6 inch on white italian. in the middle of the guy putting tuna on my sandwich, he grabbed his phone and did not change his gloves. He then proceeds to not separate the cheese slices so there’s three slices of cheese in one section. I asked for mayo and salt and pepper and he put a ton of salt on there. The sandwich was so salty I could not even finish it. I took two bites in immediately and had to throw it out. I do not recommend this place at all.

They are always out of stock of everything every time I come. When I place an order online it’s never ready. One time my sandwich had green peppers when I didn’t request that on my sandwich. Now today I found a jalapeño in my sandwich. The staff aren’t friendly at all either. I usually go to the Walmart subway because of the service and quality of food. After today I will definitely stick to the Walmart Subway.

There were two teenage boys here working on New Year’s Day running the place. I love a subway and been to many before, and these two boys had some of the best food handling skills. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and glove changing between answering the phone etc. Respectful boys, great job Midlo Subway.

3rd time i been into this place and they never have the supplies they need to make a sub then on top of that I get charged extra for substitutions for the cheese that they didn’t have so ended up with 2 different cheeses on my sub cause they ran out of the second cheese they was offering…they did have bacon this time though…just needs better managing of qaunity of foods to serve costumers

Worst subway you could possibly come to. I ordered extra meat on my sandwich did not get it. They do not know how to answer the phone died. Evidently they don’t know how to read or anything else. My dad’s sandwich was not right either but he took it anyways because he had to get ready to go to work and that was his dinner for tonight. The kid is rude and everything else like it was my fault that they did not know how to read or learn how to read.

This location is inside of Walmart, so it’s convenient and constantly busy. On this particular day it was a very long line, and the gentlemen pictured working was doing everything by his self while the young lady was in the back on the phone clearly we customers could see her cause the door was open. Not professional or worried about getting the line down at all – it’s another location right down the street go there instead, they have better service and it’s never a line.

I went to subway today after school and while I was being attended I asked for Monterey cheese and the young female worker said she didn’t have the type of cheese I wanted so then I asked okay what type do you guys have? And she responded with “ the ones that are infront of your face.” She didn’t need to be rude about it and could’ve been nice but she wasn’t. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but that isn’t and shouldn’t be how you respond to your customers for asking a simple question, it was js overall ugly of her. Not to mention this isn’t the only thing that has occurred to me in the past year, other staff at subway have been mean if not meaner and very disrespectful. I have gotten my order switched and when the other person who had my sandwich said it wasn’t his sandwich he had but into my sandwich so had to redo my whole sandwich. Im just saying this because they seem like they don’t know what they are doing as a team and are rude for no reason at all.
