There was a new employee who started today and was very nervous. The employee who was training was very polite and calm while teaching the new employee how to make the sandwich. Every time we come to order our food, they give excellent service and pay attention to all our needs. Will be coming back again and again. To the new employee, you will be fine, you got this.

If I would have known I was going to pay almost $12 for bread and veggies I would have honestly somewhere else. The bad thing is you can’t see the amount of of protein they put until after they toast the bread smh… this is the amount of chicken I received for a foot long… can you even see it? Sandwich was awful. Ordered a foot long turkey and ham with provolone cheese, Xtra lettuce, pickles, black olives, onions, xtra mayo, mustard, pepper and xtra salt. What I got was foot long bun with paper thin turkey, paper thin ham (you could have read a book thru them from six inches away thin), cheese was so thin that when the sandwich was toasted the cheese almost disappeared, a thin line of lettuce down the middle of the bun ( would not have even lightly covered the bread), so few black olives slices I had to hunt for them, couldn’t see or taste the onion because it was so thinly sliced and so few pieces, just enough mayo to see, no mustard, and couldn’t see or taste the pepper. The only thing I could taste was the salt and bread.

I ordered online. Got my order, food was extremely cold, not toasted as recommended or told. I called store and worker was extremely rude and disrespectful, I expressed I’m pregnant and can not eat uncooked or untoasted worker refused to fix the order and told me there’s no manager available and hung up in my face! This is unprofessional and unacceptable!!! Never order with this location

Ordered for delivery. My sandwich was so soggy and it looked like they just dumped sauce all over it. It actually looks like they threw everything together and shook it in some dressing and wrapped it up. It has been a while since I ordered from here and this will make sure I dont eat here again.

I received an Uber eats delivery without any peppercorn ranch dressing or jalepenos on my sandwich!! And yes I did order both on the sandwich! Very disappointing! Nothing worse than a dry sandwich! Normally Subway is on point with my orders.

Joe and Sebastian provided EXCELLENT service at this store, but the manager, Terri, was VERY unprofessional. Our family, including my wife and four children, received poor treatment. She rushed us and made disparaging comments about us to another employee. My wife overheard her. Her behavior should be unacceptable! Additionally, she helped herself to a couple of drinks, caused a spill by dropping ice all over the floor that could’ve caused an accident for customers coming in.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My boyfriend picked up subway for dinner. The bread is so burned its not edible. Everything on the sandwich is over cooked from being left in the oven for too long. I use to work at a subway and this is not how a sandwich is supposed to look. So tough I can hardly chew it. Just awful!!
