I had an excellent experience at this Subway! The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. Lizzy went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt welcomed the entire time. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. I placed an order for 5 sandwiches in the drive thru. The person taking the order did a good job documenting the specifics, however when we got home all the sandwiches were literally thrown together and falling apart, the wrap was ripped and falling apart. Very poor job in execution. Disappointing.

Spanish lady was rude and impatient with my dementia client. She didn’t want us to view the meat so it would be easy for my client to decide what kind sandwich she wanted. It was freezing ice on all the veggies and nothing looked fresh.

I was excited bc this location had tuna when the ones on Melbourne was out….but….
The bread wasn’t fresh and the tuna was not good…loke chewing sand. It was very disappointing.
Bright side was that the young man behind the counter was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Got a cold cut combo, white bread, NOT toasted. The sandwich was put together as requested, but when I get to work 15 minutes later and unwrap it to eat it, the bread was hard as a rock. The girl that made it had to realize that but used the bread anyways. I tried calling and it just rang and rang, no answer. This seems to be how all subways are. Another one served me bread this same way too and that location’s phone stays busy 24/7, I’m guessing, so they don’t have to acknowledge the crap they served. I will be going back another day to speak to a manager, if there is one, and show the video of the crap they gave me.

Was given 2 scoops of tuna for a foot long sandwich instead of 4. Had to show the employee this chart to show it should be 4. Then I noticed this dead fly in my food.
