Absolutely insane that this is what I received from an online pick up order. I ordered a VEGGIE sandwich and this is what I got. It’s also super wet and slimy and the little veggies received are OLD AND SMELL SO BAD. Never again coming here.

I hardly do reviews unless necessary… But I definitely feel I have to share, this is my 3rd time coming to this establishment and have gotten the same unwelcoming, unnecessary attitude. you constantly have to ask to add more of a specific topping and you get an unnecessary attitude, then they don’t willingly change their gloves or have their sandwich areas cleaned, multiple dirty knives on the counter but yet we have attitudes as if this is a top tier and hygienic establishment. Not that I am asking you to give me a hug when I walk through the door but why the attitude and an establishment that isn’t clean? What did I do to you? Then have the audacity to ask for a tip…. This will be my last time supporting this establishment!

I ordered through the app and asked for each half to be wrapped separately, but the note seems to have been missed. The sandwich leaked a bit, and some of the items I selected in the app weren’t included. I’d appreciate it if the instructions and order details could be checked more carefully next time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after this terrible experience. Subway advertised a footlong for $6.99, and I thought it was a good deal. What I got was a complete rip-off. First, they cut a single patty in half to make it look like two. It was laughable! The cheese? I had to search for it—barely there, like they sprinkled a few crumbs and called it a day. The veggies were sparse, and the sandwich itself was sloppily thrown together, with no effort or care. For $6.99, I expected something filling and decent. Instead, I got the worst sandwich ever—barely any flavor, pathetic portions, and zero satisfaction. This was straight-up cheating. I’m never going back!

I tried to use a coupon inside the store: buy one footlong and get a footlong for free. I ordered the food, the sandwiches were made, and then I presented the coupon. I was told the coupon was for online orders only. I tried to place the order online, but the website said that this location isn’t taking online orders. Eventually, the guy gave me a discount on my order and drink. It was not a great experience due partly to my ignorance and I really appreciate his patience. I hope they fix the website issue.
Otherwise, the 12″ sandwiches were great! We ordered the Tuna Sub, Ultimate BMT, and Foot Long Cookie.
A somewhat negative experience was handled well by the staff.

I really love this place and the overall customer service. One of the employees does have some difficulty understanding English, but it’s clear that he’s doing his best, and I truly appreciate his effort. I’ve been here more than ten times, and I always receive excellent service—except for one time when I got a smaller portion of food, but that was completely fine. The manager was very kind and even offered me a free drink and a cookie.
They do a great job preparing the food, and since it’s right in front of the school, it’s a perfect lunch spot. I want to recommend this place to everyone and sincerely thank all the employees. The restaurant is clean, and I really appreciate the free drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back again tomorrow!
