The Walmart that this location is in unfortunately needs a lot of work, however the Subway is one good part of this area. The team is always very attentive, the location is clean and the food is fresh. If you’re unfortunate enough to be in this Walmart then you might as well stop in and receive some good customer service for a change.

Normally I would use this store, walmart in azle subway, can’t take orders over phone ok, your app is this working right, response is ok your gonna have to figure it out >, I dk t know what to tell you. When ordering my granddaughter asked for extra cheese and Sherrie said there is already extra cheese on it. The sub comes worth 2 pieces of cheese so where was the extra cheese? If a customer asks for extra cheese you say absolutely and put it on. If it costs more you let the customer know.

I ordered the Baja chicken wrap. I asked for black olives on it. I was told you could not customize their wraps. I didn’t want the jalapeños that the wrap comes with but they wouldn’t trade the jalapeños for olives. I thought the whole marketing of Subway was to customize your sandwich. I did ask for oil and vinegar instead of their Baja sauce and they allowed that so this contradicts that they dont customize the wraps. SO MY WRAP ONLY HAD LETTUCE AND TOMATO. I won’t be going to this Subway in Walmart Azle anymore. I will continue to go to the one down the street in the small strip mall. They are always accommodating and very friendly there.

I don’t know who needs to see this, but I will be messaging corporate. Someone needs to retrain Lauren that works in the subway inside this Walmart absolute horrible customer service instead of speaking to me like a human being. She banged on the counter like I was a dog absolutely ridiculous if you can’t handle working with customers and find yourself a job somewhere else. There were five other subs being made in front of me and I had mentioned something to the gentleman standing next to me. We were just holding a light conversation and instead of speaking to me like a human being, she decided to bang on the counter again absolutely ridiculous. No reason for that whatsoever.

I literally said three times no tomatoes or anything just lettuce and spinach and they proceeded to add tomatoes anyway and not give me spinach after repeating myself multiple times. There’s literally another subway, not even five minutes from this one so just go to that one.

EVERY time I order from this location I get the WORST service. Their WiFi dropped and cancelled my order today, FINE. Unhelpful, snarky employee yet AGAIN (as this isn’t the first time this has happened), treated ME like the issue. Around 6pm, the older lady with a shaved head was inexcusably snide and short. I was 100% willing to re-purchase my order at the store, but given her attitude alone, I changed my mind. If you don’t want to help customers don’t work in the service industry, I will be taking my business elsewhere ♀️

If I could give negative stars I totally would. The three boys running the evening shift were terrible. They ignored me for 10 minutes, while one mopped the lobby. One watched the other salt a pretzel and the other spent 8 years salting a pretzel. We stood there waiting for any sort of acknowledgment, none to be had. I’m not coming back again after that.

The nice young lady making my sandwich was being very pleasant and making my sandwich how I wanted she was warming up my chicken for my sandwich I then wanted it toasted all together but before the meat could come out the older lady who I guess was the manager started yelling at her as if she was just standing there and yelled at her to help someone and then when she said she was helping me she yelled at her to start with the veggie which I wanted it toasted before that so she wasn’t able to make the sandwich how I wanted without being yelled at, it wasn’t like that had a long line there was only one other person who hadn’t been helped, need to treat employees better
