I don’t know what is going on with the lady working today who appeared to be the manager. She was yelling and screaming at a middle aged man who either had an online order or was a delivery driver. She called the man a liar after he said something about the having met the owner. From my extensive customer service experience, everyone is either a current or potential future customer. This example completely unprofessional behavior, much less the tirade she continued throwing after getting the food and leaving, has zero place in the service industry…even fast food. Luckily I was only passing through town toward FW so I won’t have to worry about going back.

I had a girl with blue and purple hair help me today. She was okay and kind of nice but the sandwich was smushed. She had very great customer service though. There was also I woman with bright pink hair and blonde hair that was there too and they were both very helpful and very respectful along with sanitary making sure the counter was wiped down after every customer and making sure they washed their hands and changed their gloves. Definitely will be coming back

As of February 13, 2026, I ordered food online for this Subway and I was very impressed with the staff there. There is a young petite girl in charge (I think a brunette girl?) and you can tell that she cares about customers and she was SUPER polite. All I know is my sandwich was super excellent two times in a row. So I am giving 5 stars.

Bread was harder than a rock… sandwich literally knocked on the table when I set it down. It was by far the worst subway I’ve ever had. The employees lack pride in their work… I know it’s just a sandwich job but people pay a good dollar for a good sammich… they at least got their good dollar

The place was a little messy but it was raining bad outside so it’s obvious why it was a little muddy. A girl was cleaning while I was in there and she was so polite. The food was honestly amazing too it’s one of the better subways in the metroplex and daunte is so sweet and an amazing employee.

Girl ignored me behind counter when asked about there prepping of food ordered asked 2 times but her air pods were in her ears so I’m sure that was more importantly than doing a job she getting paid for ordered 2 wraps ended up with less that a 6 in in size, compared to a ft long ordered, the amount of food put in the wrap may have filled a 3 in sandwich.. called to speak with manager on duty was told she’s busy doing something else right now call back in 10 min

If you want to put less than the required slices of meat, then minus 4 slices of bacon minus 4 stars. Its suppose to be 8 on a footlong for a BLT..
