This store has become so much nicer to frequent. Between regular customers mobile orders and the Angelina college baseball team coming in when there was only 1 person working and he kept his cool. I believe his name was cody. That tatted up guy. Definitely will be coming back!

Came in after the gym and was met with unwarranted attitude from both women at the counter. It’s disappointing to be judged based on appearance instead of being treated with basic courtesy. Maybe they were intimidated, maybe just rude. Either way, not my problem. Do better. This place would benefit from hiring staff who understand professionalism and respect. Under no circumstances am I going back there.

First time using the mobile app today. When I checked in on the app, it said to wait in the car and they will bring it out. Waited 25 min before I decided to go in. My food was ready and they were like “did you wait in your car this whole time”. Got home only to find the didn’t even make all 4 for my sandwichs right. Worst experience I have ever had with subway

I tried picking up a mobile order. I stood at the register being ignored by staff. I was trying to ask about picking up my order. Instead they told customer to cut in front of me. All while never saying a word to me!!

We were helped by Mariah and had a bit of a large order, she was kind and patient with us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, best customer service I’ve had from a subway. Wishing I lived closer to this location + they weren’t out of meatballs like most locations seem to be every time I feel the craving coming on.

Hope you don’t order something complicated like idk anything other than bread. They’re just lazy and rude. At least the night crew always is. So we ordered a very simple sandwich. They close at 9 mind you, so we weren’t customers coming at the last second. We asked for southwestern sauce and in the middle of it the bottle ran out. IN FRONT OF ME SAT A FULL BOTTLE and she looked at me and said “oh, we’re outta that”. Proceeded not to cut it. And I saw where the outline of the bottle it was in fact full. Just lazy.
