Placed an online order and it took them almost 50 minutes to make one sandwhich. Once they finally finished the sandwich it was not toasted as requested. And they forgot the sauce. This location is always extremely slow at fulfilling orders because half the employees they have working here aren’t making sandwiches. Would not recommend this location.

I am truly shocked and disappointed by what happened at this Subway location. My friend and his mom were hungry, and like many families right now, money is tight. He went in to pick up their food and tried to pay with a valid coupon and $10 in rolled coins. Instead of showing understanding or basic kindness, the staff refused to take his coins, even though coins are legal U.S. currency. Things escalated to the point where law enforcement was called on him, and he was even given a verbal trespass warning… all because he was trying to pay for food for his family. Thankfully, a kind stranger stepped in and paid for their meal, but the treatment he received from the Subway staff was unacceptable, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. No one should be treated that way for simply trying to buy food… especially during hard economic times. Because of this experience, I will never return to this Subway, and I hope the management takes a serious look at how their customers are being treated.

Well we were going to go eat at subway after grabbing a vape next door. When heading to that store, one of the subway employee let off a snicker and proceeded to say, “I hope you aren’t eating here, I don’t want to serve your kind here.” Thus really pissed me off and I wanted to day something hateful in return but my buddy who is mixed in color stopped me and said “don’t do it, don’t give her the response she wants.” So instead, I learned of her name and felt the need to share it to the public. The employee’s name is Ms. Milette. Older woman with neck tattoos. I can’t stand things like this happening.

I always come to this subway and if you dont watch them make your sandwiche they will short you on the meat. Has happened multiple times. I pay extra for more and its a waste of money cause they dont even give you a regular amount.

I made an online order and it wasn’t ready until 10min after it was suppose to be. When the lady working finally gave me my bag she only gave me half of my order and when I pointed it out to her she was rude and grabbed the other bag and was trying to hurry me off. When I looked in one of my bags I noticed that there was an empty bag just in there so I grabbed it and realized one of my orders (footlong churro) was just laying on the other food. I am extremely upset and disappointed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!

Staff is not friendly and I was not given a receipt for my purchase. Cashier immediately threw it in the trash and then couldn’t find it. Other lady (the most rude) came over and shoved the cashier out of the way, pounded on the POS screen with her gloved hand, reprinted the receipt, and stomped back over to make more sandwiches with the same gloved hand. My son has also called the restaurant several times to inquire about the minimum age for employment opportunities. The staff is rude, not at all helpful, and hangs up on him. I’ll go to the Frank Ave location, or just make a sandwich at home— this location needs to clean house on these people

Friendly, respectful lady name:Teresa she did great helping and working on the subway’s but even though she was by herself, she had great attitude! Need more workers like her. Also, whenever the manager came in, she had bad attitude and treated Teresa badly (she embarrassed her in front of the customers).
