My dad recently went for lunch after work and these two grown women were so disrespectful and rude. They were laughing at him and making fun of him…God forbid someone just loves vegetables, all because he was asking for all of them except like two. After he sat down to eat they continued to whisper amongst each other and kept looking at him. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I never had problems at this store & would have given in the highest rating before 6/29. I entered the store with an employee screaming & pointing at me yelling that I had parked on the ramp. I moved my car & reentered the store & it was the same screaming & pointing. I was the only customer in the store until I turned around to leave when a man & boy entered. I was not going to report the employee but found out she called her boss to complain about me! I cannot believe Subway would employ someone so disrespectful. The security cameras will show who is telling the truth & who was out of control

I ordered from them online and have it delivered to my house and I wanted mine and my mother’s footlong sub toasted and they didn’t do it and they didn’t put alot of meat on the subs

Obviously the owner, John Hutchins, doesn’t read these reviews. Just had an horrible experience at this location. Two young females working. Had a coupon for three foot longs for $17.99. While my sandwich was in the process of being made I rushed over to the register to put my coupon down. Still rang up to $29+. Then she says “Oh I didn’t see the coupon.” Made absolutely no effort to correct it. So I won’t return. And will make a compliant to corporate.

If you are going to go to Subway in the Lindale area, THIS is the one you go to. Your order is done right and usually very quickly. The food is always great. Note that refills are no longer free, they’re $1 now.
