I arrived around 6:45, and there was only one woman working at the time. She had black hair and really cool black eyeliner. She was incredibly professional and so kind. Even though they didn’t initially have what we were looking for, she went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She handled everything with such care and professionalism and was just a genuinely sweet person. I recently moved to Athens, and it was really nice meeting someone like her.

This is by far the best eating out experience I have ever had. This man named Patrick was more than polite and he listened to everything I said that I wanted on my sandwich. Ordered 4 sandwiches online. They were out of chicken and salami. None of the sandwiches got toasted like they were supposed to. Missing cheese and sauces. She was rude when I called and asked for a manager all I got was “he left”

I have not been to this subway in a while due to it going down hill so fast over the years. Tonight I seen a new worker, Patrick Harris behind the counter, so we stopped in to see how it would go this time. He was so polite and was working very hard to keep things clean and organized as he made out sandwiches. He made the experience wonderful wich is something the subway here has been lacking for a long time. They seem to be working hard to turn the reputation around! They are on the right path! Will definitely stop by here again!
