I had an unsanitary experience at this location. When I arrived, the employee was outside talking with someone. After I walked in, he came in shortly after to assist me but immediately put on gloves to prepare my food without washing his hands first. Putting gloves on without washing hands can still transfer germs to the gloves and ultimately to the food. I did not feel comfortable with this and decided to leave.

i ordered on the app tonight and had my boyfriend pick it up for me. They got BOTH of my sandwiches WRONG! wrong bread, no lettuce in store, no hot honey, barely 3 pieces of meat on each footlong, 6 handfuls of spinach and the wrong cheese. if i could give ZERO STARS, i would. NEVER eating at this location again.. SHUT IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY‼️

Just left and the girl with the red wig working seriously just threw stuff together. I ordered from the app and ordered two of the exact same sandwiches and they both had different things thrown together in it, FAR OFF what I ordered and paid for. 0/10.

So…today I go in for lunch like normal.. .it was a little more busier than usual. I ordered my food and a treat for later….the girl literally rolled her eyes at having to make a Hand spun milkshake. This tiny thing is what I paid $4.99 for…no I did not say a word. There was too many people in line…so here is my complaint

It’s a pretty good place to grab a quick bite. I ordered online and just did a pickup. The lady making the sandwiches seemed nice although she was yelling at someone in the back the whole time.

We stopped in this location while we were playing in a basketball tournament over the holidays at Tyler High School. We walked in unannounced with a party of 20 athletes. There was only one person working. She confidently said ‘let’s do this”. She methodically took each individual order with a smile on her face. As new customers came in she greeted them and apologized for their impending wait. She would then go back and continue taking our orders and creating our meals. I can’t seem to recall her name but she was amazing. She had difficulty putting in our tax exempt information at no fault of hers (the button on the cash register wouldn’t allow her to push the tax exempt) but she contacted the manager who within minutes appeared on the scene. She stepped right in and started helping with customers. Once everyone had been served she called me to the counter and did her magic. They both constantly apologized for the delay and the inconvenience. I was totally comfortable and patiently waited and in no time the transaction was complete. Thank you both for you service and professionalism.

It was a blessing to meet 2 of the most down to earth and family oriented people in the world at a subway. the customer service was a blessing and I felt welcomed and just like family while they were still professional I have never had such a great experience. Of these people who love they’re job and put heart into it. And they made my sandwich perfectly and didn’t burn my bread!!!!!

Put in a mobile order and when I got there they told me the bread was too hot and had to sit for 10 minutes before making my order that was placed 10 minutes prior they could have called me. I’ve worked at subway and know you can still cutt and serve the bread out the oven. On another note it’s 11am beginning of the day how is your bread just now getting baked? Won’t be coming back to this location the girl was very rude didn’t even apologize, and then slammed my order together like I was a problem. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
