Place a mobile order and it was ready before the expected time. Team member Carlos was very friendly and quick. Made the atmosphere very warm and held good conversation. Was the best experience I have had at subway in a long time.

Young man Carlos was working alone and still had great customer service. He was very friendly and made sure to greet you when you as soon as you walked in the door. He said thank you for coming as well. You dont see that very much anymore. I had a great experience.

Stopped by on my way to the ER to rescue my daughter. Employee was civil, but cold. There was a fly in between the lettuce and the spinach. And my bread is hard as a rock. So much for grabbing a quick bite to eat. I will not return to this store.

Put in an online order at 11:25 am, time to pick up was 11:35am arrived at 11:33 am and waited 15 minutes before even being able to ask where my pick up order was, after I finally got to talk to someone it hadn’t even be started yet. They start to finally make my sandwich and the dude puts 4 pieces of meat on the entire footlocker and says “the meats expensive” I know. I ordered it.
Finally after they finish the sandwich tell me they dont have the cookies to go with my order. I was inside the store for around 40 minutes and cookies take 10 minutes. If someone would’ve looked at the ticket they would’ve seen it and could’ve made the cookies. Can’t even get a refund from the store have to call and jump through 10 hoops to get a refund on a order they couldn’t even fulfill

My husband and I went to the Beckham location 2/21/26 and ordered 2 meals of the day for Sunday, the spicy Italian, we didn’t just want the 6″ so we paid the 3.00 to make it 12″, the lady behind the counter tried to charge us full price and claimed it was the plus tax and wouldn’t really make a difference anyways, which was 8.oo over the price it should have been. That issue was resolved immediately by my husband at the counter, but when we went to our seat the fans in the establishment were on full speed and creating a draft enough to constantly blow our napkins off the table, while my husband was paying and I stood up to turn the fan above OUR table down by pulling the chain and the lady behind the counter’s child, whom was sitting in the dinning area, chimes in with “Please don’t touch the fans” I ignored him because he’s a child and regardless of what people think YOUR CHILD IS NOT AS ENDEARING TO OTHERS AS THEY ARE TO YOU and on top of that I’m a paying customer. I looked at his mother, the employee working in your establishment and she said “Yea we have to keep the fans on for circulation” I looked at her and said to her I would be turning it back on before we left and I sat down to enjoy my meal. First complaint is she tried to overcharge us and then argued with my husband about it. Secondly, she brought her child to work because of her circumstances but he isn’t on the payroll and doesn’t need to bark orders at paying customers. And she doesn’t need to allow it. I have filed a complaint against this location with cooperate. ALSO, as a woman of my word I turned the ceiling fan back on warp speed before we left. We won’t be coming back until her and her savant are gone.

Arnold was extremely rude and unfriendly to every customer he helped including me. Bossing around other associates in treating them Poorly. A bigger black guy I did not catch his name, but he was very sweet and very understanding. But Arnold was awful to everyone he helped will not be going back.

Horrible experience horrible customer service!!! I have stopped at this location at least in 3 different occasions to order a meat ball sub and they never have any. On a different day ordered thru the app same issue, they didn’t have anything I ordered. Very disappointed.
