I don’t ever leave reviews, but with Subway’s prices absolutely skyrocketing, I expect a way more presentable sandwich than this. This is ridiculous. I ordered pickup, and this is the sandwich that came home. I didn’t even order a sandwich with that many veggies on it; just spinach, tomatoes, and pickles, so these things should not be gushing out of the side of it. I also asked for pepper jack cheese and got American cheese instead. I couldn’t even enjoy the sandwich because most of its contents, sauce included, ended up on the outside of it.

Terrible service.
Was barely greeted when I walked in to get the sandwiches.
It’s a shame to pay extra $$ to have extra meat or whatever a person desires, only to have a sprinkle of what you paid for.
Trying out this new pepperoni and cheese dipper and they couldn’t remember to add the sauce in with the damn order.
I make it home to learn this.
Should I have checked the bag? Yeah probably… but the point is, it’s on the damn receipt… it’s literally on paper. You employees are TOLD how to make a sandwich in writing. You employees are given written instruction on condiments and things that are to be with the order. And you can’t even follow that…
I will drive an hour before I go back to the subway in Hallsville.

The manager, Brittany, is truly amazing and has been a standout for over two years. Her friendly demeanor creates such a welcoming atmosphere. The employees are just as wonderful—shoutout to Chelsey, who always greets you with a sweet smile and a welcoming tone!I’ve also had the pleasure of being served by Jacob, a young man who never fails to add a bit of humor to my visit. He’s quick and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. While I know some people have had mixed reviews about service at other locations, my visits here have been nothing short of excellent.The interior is always clean, and the music they play is so good that you can’t help but dance a little while waiting in line! It really adds to the vibe. I’ll definitely be returning for more delicious sandwiches and great service. Highly recommend this Subway location!

I didn’t order, the young lady was slicing meat with only one glove on and was touching the meat bare handed.
The young man had hat like a dealers hat. It wasn’t covering his thick head of hair, would have been better if he a something covering his head.
I really liked this subway but for today not so much. Not sure if I can trust them with my food anymore.
It would be nice to get some feedback!

The drive through machine NEVER works. We pulled up to the window amd was greeted by 2 guys. One of them had a hickey the size of my hand on his neck. Very unprofessional. Took our order and explained it in detail (it was not difficult). We get home and it’s not made anywhere close to the way we ordered it. Took it back and the guy was not very nice about having to remake it, and never apologized. We have been in here maybe 5 times and it has always been something wrong! I do not recommend anyone going to this place.

Waited 30 mins for service. No veggies that we like was “in stock” and we were told they was out. I asked for pepper jack and got American. Terrible all the way around. They really need to hire more people. Also my bread was hard as a rock

I wish I could put negative stars for service. Two employees sitting behind the counter just talking, no other customers but 2 men that were already eating. I walked in to ask if this particular location accepted the coupons, the employee completely ignored me, and just rudely asked what sandwiches I wanted. The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but the employees having a bad attitude completely unprovoked is just bad for business.

We decided to have Subway for lunch today. We walked in and everything was clean and wiped down. We went to go order and the first part went great, we then moved down to the vegetables and add ons and it was almost completely empty. We didn’t have very much to choose from and was very disappointed. Then ended up running out of condiments as well to put on the sandwiches.

Arrived for dinner. Walked into the lobby. Noticed it was NOT clean and no employees in sight AND no one else in the lobby. Waited for a few mins. Finally someone came from the back. Had to tell her what we wanted several times as we were met with a “huh” after everything we said. Finally got to the register. Also what makes subway worth almost 30 bucks for two foot longs chips and 2 small drinks?? Went to get our drinks. They were out of sweet tea and Dr Pepper. Drink station was absolutely disgusting. Sticky and trash all over it. I tried to call for the employees but they disappeared to the back. I had to literally yell to get any type of response. When I inform them they were out of drinks. They shrug and say do you want something else to drink? Will NEVER eat at subway again.
