I tried reaching out directly to subway but no one freakin cares about customer service anymore. We had baseball practice and went to subway after (around 8:45) they are open until 9:30 so not sure why everyone inside seemed so disgruntled about making our sandwiches. I placed an order on the app- arrived and all employees were in the back of the restaurant. They were super annoyed when I walked in. We spent $46.10 and to go home with the most disgusting mustard sandwiches I’ve ever seen in my life. I absolutely HATE leaving bad reviews but almost 50 bucks and the food simply not edible? Yeah I’m leaving one. A school night and we were forced to make peanut butter and jelly to get the boys in bed. These employees KNEW what they were doing. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. They were taken AFTER wiping mustard off. Freakin HORRIBLE. And we love mustard. Shame on these employees for intentionally ruining our food

I had a pleasant visit there s afternoon with MCKenzie! Very professional and attentive. I ordered online but asked that they go ahead and prepare my meal because they didn’t have the order yet. I said “I will pay again” if my payment/order doesn’t show up. She saved me a lot of time! I appreciate that so much. Another woman helped prepare my food but never spoke to me. We all have bad days. I didn’t mind. The service was great and my food was fresh. Thanks! Keep the good ones as they are hard to come by. Thank you!!!

There was 2 people working, but only one of the people was taking orders. I waited 15 to 20 minutes with only one person in front of me and the employee was working very hard to try to get to me while the other person was messaging around in the back.

Extremely slow, never seen employees move so slow honestly. The female hasn’t even been there two weeks so that’s understandable for her. The male, Matthew was not only slow but very unsanitary! Pulling his hat on and off right there with the food then reaching over other sandwiches being prepared and he has dandruff flakes all over his shirt. The female tried handing him the pickles for his customer and he got rude with her and slammed the container with her hand still on it back down and said I don’t need the container I will just reach over, meaning reaching over MY FOOD. This is an fyi to all of my community in Gladewater because it’s pointless to reach out to Subway personally as I have done so previously AND THEY MADE EXCUSES and this was on a different occasion! At the very least they should be required to be required to be sanitary! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Very slow!
I ordered on the app…
I got there…wait for them to finish food..then the girl sloppily made my sandwich right in front of me. Didn’t toast it…told me it didn’t say to toast on the receipt…not my cup of tea to go back and forth over such..inside was quiet dingy and uncomfortable

Down side of ordering on app is you can’t watch them make your food. Dry as s sandwich and I’m missing ingredients.

The morning shift needs to understand how to set up the next shift for success not failure. Every time they are out of bread or an ingredient. I order on the app they don’t call and say hey we’re out of this they do nothing till you get there. I’ll go to Gilmer from now on.
