By far the best experience with a subway. We both ordered a steak cali and he made sure we knew what was on it before he put it on just to make sure we had our best sandwich. He was very quick but made it one of my now favorite sub but also my fav locations.

I decided to stop at Subway, I normally don’t. The manager was the only employee working, she had a line but she was working the line & the cashier. Customer Service was awesome, the manager ensured the customers that she was going as fast as she can. Not one customer complained. I ordered the Outlaw steak sandwich. It was delicious will definitely recommend this sandwich.

I visit Longview about five or six times per month. I have been in this subway three or four times and every single time it has been very extremely slow. There is no sense of urgency at all. They do not even make eye contact or say they will be with you as quickly as they can. My visit was during lunchtime, there were seven people in front of me, only two people working, and my visit took 18 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I paid. This is totally unacceptable and should be totally unacceptable to the owner.

Wow, Subway! I don’t want to take out my frustration on this particular store, but the sandwiches I bought today for my family, were literally about half the size they were two months ago. If prices go up because of Joe Biden’s inflation, I understand, but to raise the price and cut the size? Forget it Subway! I will not be in again.

My husband and I come in almost every Sunday, and there’s only ONE woman ever working. We came in today at around 12:30 to get some sandwiches and she didn’t have any help. She did AMAZING on our sandwiches though. People behind us were getting frustrated, but they didn’t know what patience was. Anyway, you could tell this poor girl was super frustrated because she was so swamped. Y’all need to get her some more help on Sundays because every Sunday that we order, she has no body helping her.

I come to this location often. The service is always really good and the food is always prepared the way i ask. I only gave 4 stars bc every time i go there is only one person working. They always do their best to get my order out fast but i had to wait for 30 minutes for only 2 people in front of me when i walked it. The customers only had a sandwich each. Service would go a lot more smoothly if there was at least 2 people working. I am a manager at a restaurant so i understand labor costs but we still want our customers happy and want to come back.
