We stopped in to take advantage of the FLBOGO deal and the dumb little Mexican girl working the counter didn’t know what we were talking about. Actually she didn’t act like she even understood English very well. The manager had left while we were trying to place our order in the app so she was not there to help. We had the girl call her to see what to do and after about 10 minutes she held the phone out on speaker and some lady told us the app wasn’t working and they couldn’t fill our order so we left. This whole experience was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed by corporate before you run off all your business. We were also going to buy a box of cookies.

I was there on 7/24/23 at 5 pm. It was awful. They did not have soup. They only had maybe 5 to 6 pieces of bread. Nothing was stocked and all the tables were dirty. There was no one in the store, but the two people working were too busy talking to each other than to do their job. I will not go back. While there, people came in and walked out because they were out of breads.

For some reason the employee decided to touch my sandwich with bare unwashed hands so I decided I wasn’t eating at y’all’s establishment nor was I paying the tab damn sure won’t be back because of the lack of common sense you don’t finger screw someone’s lunch and expect them to be happy lol I mean you have two employees that wear gloves and prepare sandwiches but this employee had no gloves could have easily ask her coworkers what the sandwich was and not touch peoples food with bare unwashed hands thank for ruining my lunch today it will definitely not happen again

Drink machine was out of stock. Chips very few slection. Sandwich was good. Employee listen all but the manager she was in her own world. Dipping the wrong way all up in the wrong kool-aid. We had to repeat three times before she heard what we were telling her.

We went to this subway this evening, they were out of all bread except for wheat bread, out of meatballs, they ran out of steak meat, I ordered to steak sandwiches and I don’t even think they put steak on them at all, when I ate it , I didn’t taste the steak, only veggies, the only reason they should be out of bread is because they did not make any more, instead of restocking the meatballs, or steak they just didn’t put any meat on the sandwiches! They were rude,both of the employees acted like they had no idea what they were doing, we will never eat there again

Ron is the best!!! Great customer service and super friendly!!! My daughter and I dined in tonight and he made us the best sandwiches!! After we got done eating he was telling us about their pizzas that I had no idea Subway had. He has me sold on trying one!! He’s a keeper!!! Best customer service!!!!
