Subway is my favorite restaurant. This location is usually quite clean, the atmosphere is very family friendly, and the food is fresh as guaranteed. However, I do not recommend using the drive thru or pickup option here. They are known to get your order wrong in the drive thru. Also, the pickup shelf is NOT behind the counter and employees are often in the back when no customers need attending to so anyone can just walk in and grab your food. Of course it will be remade, but it will defeat the purpose of ordering pickup in the first place.

Do not go to this Subway. I ordered a sandwich at the drive thru, the bread was hard as a rock , and I said no tomatoes and had plenty of them in my sandwich. Poor customer service, and unable to get food right or have it fresh, like most subways.

This place is nasty when I went to the restroom OMG there was poo all over the walls and it smelt horrible in the kitchen there was a really bad stench never going there again very disappointed

If you go on the right day you are liable to get good staff and good food. I eat here a lot and never had a complaint until the oddly dyed hair girl with the lip piercing and face bandaid has now messed up my order twice. She charged me for extra meat that was not on the sandwich and was not willing to fix it.

I was on my lunch break I decided to get a philly. I told the Sandwich artist what I wanted. She put it all together. I sat out in the parking lot and ate it and it was the best Subway I’ve ever had I had to go back in there and give her a personal tip her name is Sydney and so far she’s the best sandwich maker I’ve had at a subway yet!!!

My son asked for the #5 just like it was on the menu, and the employee making his sandwich didn’t pay attention or something, and without asking, put the wrong sauce on the sandwich. She was mad because she had to remake the sandwich and told him he needed to chill. Now, maybe there was something else wrong and she was just having a hard day, but it was just a bit rude to tell a customer to chill when they are paying such a high price for a sandwich.

First just wanna say I love this location and I’m happy that the first bad experience I had Here was dealt with in such a respectful way and miss Ruth the lady that fixed our sandwiches made them the perfect way and gave us the correct stuff.
