The Angel You Know
It’s been a Long time since I visited Subway, I almost forgot how good is to make your own sandwich and the fact that a grilled sandwich takes a second blows my mind, but on top of sandwiches, the service evokes humanity, it always Amazes me to see young kids applying humanity at work, because for sure we don’t get paid for that, so seeing someone go above and beyond moves me.
Thank you Cris (Cristina) You are better than most.

The manager Crystal is rude and don’t need to be in management. She acts like its a inconvenience to make a sandwich when its her job. If she would take the earbuds out of her ears while working she my be able to hear better. When I was asking questions about the menu she got and attitude. There was another customer sitting there eating his sandwich and while i was asking Crystal question and he agreed that she has an attitude and don’t need to be in management or dealing with customers period. Will not visit that store when she is working. I advise anyone that vist that store to beware of her. Not saying don’t eat at that store, just not when she is there working. The night crew is great.

I always come to this Subway location, and most of the time a get a good customer service, but today the lady that was today had a very bad attitude is an african american girl. First of all she got me a face when i ask her i didnt want all the cheese that she was putting on my sandwich, then when we move to the vegetables she asked me what kind a dressing i want it i said that i put the dressing at the end and she said that “they had change the policy on how they put dressings now that they putting on the bread now” before putting vegetables to making sure theres a neat and clean sandwich cuz every time they close up the sandwiches is always a big mess because of the dressing, And i toll her that i get that and i toll her nicely that i dont want my dressing on the bread that i want it over the meat, then she continue giving me an attitude, making me faces and getting upset and hurrying me up so she did horribly my sandwich she continue hurrying me up she made an explosion with the dressings she put it all over the sandwich, when she close up the sandwich everything came out. Basically she made a mess on purpose then she had the AUDACITY to tell me “see is better the dressings on the bottom” seriously! After having a really bad attitude all the way thru the end and making me faces At every demand that i was telling her on how i want it my sandwich that I PAID i didnt get it for free i I PAID IT. GIRL SERIOUSLY IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB AND DON’T LIKE TO SERVE PEOPLE WHAT IN THE WORLD YOUR DOING THERE!!! I worked at subway along ago i know every time theres new rules and everything changes with time but what never changes is how to make a nice and neat sandwich remember YOUR ARE A SANDWICH ARTIST and i know how to make a very nice and neat sandwich with the dressing over the meat theres no need to over squeeze the dressing bottles and make a disguisting mess and after the mess of course when you close up everything comes out and to the customer eye it is very disgusting when employes do that. So i had the badest customer service ever dont like this girl every time i come here looks like she she doesnt like her job. I will never come back to this location ever

Absolutely the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had — hands down.

I completely agree with the reviewer before me: Never again. I placed an order for a 12″ chicken sub through Uber Eats, and what I received was nothing short of insulting. There was maybe a teaspoon — yes, a literal teaspoon — of mashed-up chicken spread across the entire sandwich. No cheese. Barely any mayo or oil. The bread was bone-dry and completely inedible. It looked like someone threw random scraps together as a joke.

To make matters worse, when I called the store, the manager Brittany showed zero accountability. Her response? “Come in and we’ll make you a new one.” So let me get this straight — I order delivery for convenience, get a pathetic excuse for a sandwich, and your solution is for me to drive over myself to get it remade? That defeats the entire purpose of using Uber Eats!

I did go in, just to make my point. I showed Brittany the sandwich — and all she said was, “Oh, he used the wrong chicken. Really!” No apology. No ownership. Just indifference.

I asked her about the pictures of the fully loaded, delicious-looking sandwiches on the store walls — you know, the ones with generous meat, melted cheese, and actual sauce — and she insisted those are made with “regular portions.” If what I received was “regular,” then those photos are nothing short of false advertising.

If Subway corporate is reading this, I suggest you take a good look at this location and its management. Delivering food that barely qualifies as a sandwich, then brushing off complaints with zero effort to make it right, is how you lose customers for good. Disgraceful.

Today I went in and order 3 sandwiches and after putting all the vegetable, I decided to put the spinach at the end, so the lady got so upset because she said that I have to tell her in the beginning to put the spinach because the way they close their sandwiches she rolled her eyes on me on all three sandwiches . I’ve been eating Subway for almost 20 years and this been the worst service ever. The lady was very rude. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming to this subway ever again

I haven’t been to this Subway for a while. This will be our LAST time visiting this location. The staff was rude and impatient. One in particular acted like we put her out somehow by visiting with a family and now she has to make more than one sandwich. Her attitude started as soon as we walked in and she saw – THE HORROR! – a family!

If you are the manager, and you are reading this: send in some ghost shoppers, particularly ones with families to see how your staff treat customers. You have permanently lost my business, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Unless you don’t care. In that case keep employing rude ingrates. I’m sure that’ll attract lots of customers for you.

I’m going to start by saying…. Cody needs to be fired! I spoke to him as I walked in, and he said nothing to me. Once me and my child began to look at the menu his only response was “ Our toaster is down the only way we can warm your sandwich up is in the microwave and it takes a long time” And proceeded to do whatever online order he was doing. Not once did he say give me a minute, he barely acknowledged us. I left this location and went to the one down the street in Mesquite. Never will I come to this location again.
