My recent experience at Subway was a complete disaster. Despite ordering online for pickup, my food wasn’t ready upon arrival, leading to an unnecessary wait. Worse yet, upon getting home, we discovered hair in my wife’s sandwich and mold on multiple sandwiches, including my daughter’s and mine. The staff’s unprofessionalism was shocking, with the employee on duty admitting she couldn’t process a refund without the absent manager, whom she derogatorily referred to. She also mentioned the store manager would get upset with them for contacting her on the weekend. She admitted to recently having to try to contact the store manager for rat feces in the sandwiches. I am not sure why she volunteered that information. The next day, the manager outright accused us of lying and refused to address the issue, resorting to yelling and hanging up on us. This level of disrespect and denial of responsibility is appalling. I strongly advise against visiting this location, and it warrants a health inspection or temporary closure until hygiene and customer service standards are improved. This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered it to be delivered through door dash as that’s who the app has for delivery. I do not like my order to be toasted as the bread becomes soggy once delivered and the meat tastes weird bc it is heated up during that process yet they still toasted it even though it reflects not to be toasted. I requested extra onions and extra green peppers and would say that it had about the regular amount of them if not less than. I contacted the store to be informed by the manager that they can remake it but I would have to pick it up. I said that is not an option for me as I am at work and without a way to get it picked up which is why I ordered delivery and paid extra including a tip just to be told that’s my only option. So I paid $19 for a foot long sand-which that went into the trash. Thoroughly disappointed and hungry now.

We were given a wait time of 25-30 minutes, but were seated in less than 10-15 minutes. In a Saturday night, that is pretty good. The waitress was great. Normally, they’d bug you every 2 minutes asking if you need anything or the complete opposite and you’re looking for the waiter/waitress to serve you & they’re nowhere to be found. The food is always amazing, so of course we’ll be back. With it being cool/cold outside, they had options to go on a heated patio. That’s very considerate and comforting to customers & the employees.

Passing through and stopped to grab some lunch, because I’ve always liked subway. Never been to this one and will never return.
As I walked in, the lady at the counter was helping someone, and it was obvious that she did not want to be there. There was one more employee but she was walking around giggling like a child and was on her phone. I guess it was more of an inconvenience that another person walked in. So she looks at me and says “you here for a pickup or what??” And I say no mam. Well long story short I get my sandwich ordered and I am at the checkout with the other laughing lady checking me out. I had a question about what was on my ticket because she repeated everything she put on the computer. She said something I didn’t understand so I asked her about it and the first lady came over and starting talking very disrespectful and had an attitude like no other. So I bit my tongue and walked out with my food. And keep in mind that me and the first customer that walked in were white. The employees are Hispanic. And then a couple Hispanic customers walk in and the attitude, disrespect, and just pure immaturity went away as they helped the other customers.
So yes, this location is not only disrespectful and rude, but also racist. And whoever runs this spot should really look into getting some different employees.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL I ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION AROUND 245 PM TODAY ANF I ORDERED THE COLD TRIO FOOT LONG ON WHEAT THIS LADY BEHOND THERE CAME UP THE WORKER WAS A WHITE LADY AND KIND OF HEAVY SET SORRY THIS THE ONLY WAY I SAY WHO SHE WAS I DID NOT GET HER NAME AND I AM NOT RACES . LONG STORY SHORT SHE CAME FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE AND SHE WATER CARRYING MUSTARD ETC SEVERAL BOTTLES AS SHE PUT THEM DOWN DID NOT WASH HER HANDS BUT PUT ON GLOVES AND ASK ME HOW COULD SHE HELP. SO I PLACED MY ORDER AS SHE PUT MY SANDWICH IN THE TOASTER TO WARM UP SHE THEN WENT TOWARDS THE REGISTER TO RING ME UP TO PAY. NOW IM WONDERING WHY YOU DID NOT FINISH MAKING MY SANDWICH FIRST THEN PUT IT ON A BAG THEN I PAY THATS USELY HOW ITS GOES. RIGHT. SO I PAY WITH MY CREDIT SO AS A CUSTOMER I SAID TO THE WORKER CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR GLOVES BEFORE YOU FINISH MAKING MY SANDWICH SO NOW SHE THEN STATED LOUDLY I I ALWAYS DO JUST NADTY THEN AS A CUSTOMER I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE SANDWICH AND ASK FOR A REFUND . I THEN SAID TO HER WELL FIRST OFF AS YOU SHOULD NEVER LEAVE THE FOOD AREA AND GO BACK YOU SHOULD FIRST OFF WASH YOUR HANDS THEN PUT ON YOUR GLOVES . THEN SHE PUT HER GLOVES ON AND THEN FINISH MAKING MY SANDWICH AS SHE WAS MAKING THE SANDWICH I SINCE AND ATTITUDE SO I THEN ADKED COULD SHE PUT MORE LETTUCE ON MY SANDWICH AND I EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED ON THERE SHE WAS RUSHING AND STATED IS IT ANY THING ELSE YOU WANT ON HERE JUST RUDE I THEN SAID NO AND SHE SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY I AS A CUSTOMER SAID LOUDLY YOU DO THE SAME AND HAND WASHING IS THE KEY . I WILL NEVER VISIT OR ORDER OR EAT FROM THERE AGAIN . THE BEST SUBWAY IS THE ONE ON OATES DRIVE I SHOULD HAVE GONE THERE INSTEAD OF THEIS ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS VERY CLEAN. THE SUBWAY ON GALLOWAY ACROSS FROM HOBBY LOBBY. BE AWARE OF PEOPLE MAKING YOUR FOOD THERE , ALSO NO RECIEPT WAS GIVEN I SUDDENLY LOST MY TASTE AND THREW THE DAMN SSNDWICH AWAY

Tried to use the app to get footlong combo for 10.99. After making my sandwich lady informed me I needed to pay online with a card. I say no thanks I wanna pay with cash. She than informs me I can’t do that. I say I’ve got a coupon at the house that has the same deal.. she than tells me well you should have brought the coupon. Really, thank you ma’am you eat the sandwich.
