I ordered a 6-in sandwich and I got a 4-in sandwich The bread not fresh other than that it’s okay The taste is okay but I feel like I got beat out of my money and I will be back up there to give me another 6-in not 4-in sandwich… I call the store and told them I had pic of my 4-in sandwich I went back in and gave me a 6-in five stars they fixed a mistakes thanks Subway

This is my first review and I’m not one to write something unless I felt it was worth writing about.
Let me just say my sandwich looked just like the picture I see in the commercials with the taste to match. Shout out to Mildred, Felicia, and Jamie, they were super awesome with my detailed order.
Would definitely recommend this place. It’s inside a Walmart and the atmosphere was nice.

Subway is way too expensive for them to sell you a brick! I called and expressed how hard my sandwich was whoever answered the phone didn’t give a damn! DoorDash only refunded me 3 dollars the guy offered the sand which but couldn’t redeliver it. How about getting the order right the first time. Anyone could look at the bread and tell it was not edible the economy is way too high to play in people money!

I made an online order, and when u make an online order the workers receive a detailed receipt specifying the order. So you would think that with a detailed receipt they would get it correct right? WRONG! Im allergic to banana peppers and my sandwich was filled with them. Not only that the lady at the front had an attitude when being asked for my order she quite literally was on the store phone casually talking while looking at me and when another customer came up to show her an order she gave her the bag with attitude. Why work at a place you dont like working at its so mind boggling. Ive been going here for quite some time and this upset me because this was genuinely my favorite place to eat out at.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The customer service was terrible. I had valid coupons and specifically ordered sandwiches that were included, yet when it came time to pay, they suddenly refused to honor them. The sandwiches I ordered were not listed as excluded on the coupon, but the staff still insisted I was wrong and gave me attitude instead of correcting their mistake.
What made it worse was the lack of communication among the employees—they clearly didn’t know their own policy and expected me, the customer, to just “know” things that weren’t explained anywhere. Instead of taking responsibility, they put the blame on me. Completely unacceptable.
I will never return to this location, and I recommend others avoid it as well.

When I say avoid this location I’m not being sarcastic. The guy that made my sandwich is horrible very sloppy and let’s disregard the fact that he really looked annoyed to even help you. The vegetables are not fresh I’m not sure if it’s the refrigerator side of it not working properly or the vegetables are old. It’s not hard to see or care enough if you’re a employee to make sure the food is fresh. The meat side was also being blocked by the lid so I’m afraid what that side looks like. The prepping side seems to be missing the white board that looks like the cutting board not sure the name of it but do see it at all Subways . Seen the guy place the bread right on the stainless steel with crumbs and dressing and old vegetables without the paper. I gave this loctaion another shot but never again I’m hoping others do as well so they can shut it down or Subway cares enough to take a real good look at this location because this spot needs some major upgrades including the staff. My sandwich was so sloppy even cutting it and wrapping it made it fall apart the only good thing I can say is that the female working there was nice enough to redo the sandwiche.

Ms. Keisha is the sweetest worker I’ve met at a Subway. The store manager also helped and jumped in and was super sweet when it got busy. Love the store and the sandwich was perfect.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. I ate here on 10/4 and had a bad case of diarrhea, went to the Emergency room on 10/7 got labs and a CT Scan done and was diagnised with enterocolitis (food poisioning). This was the only thing I ate that day!
