Hello Management!

Every time I visit the Subway in Ennis, I’m met with rude service. Today I ordered a footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese, only to be told “we only have one” with no clear explanation. When I asked questions, the employee became frustrated. At checkout, I was told my coupon couldn’t be used (which wasn’t explained up front), and the worker rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. I was told I could use my coupon and needed up paying full price for a 6 inch sub.

This kind of treatment feels discriminatory, as Hispanic customers are treated with more patience and kindness. Ennis has no place for racism — all customers should be treated with respect. Please train your staff to provide equal and courteous service.

Love my tuna sandwich, and that you brought the daily sandwich back!!! Thank you for that!!! Pissed me off to no end that you got rid of the vitamin water, that was so nice and I loved that option. Now I won’t get the meal deal anymore since I don’t drink soda. Saved me the money!

Seems better after new management. But they were out of ham, which is almost as ridiculous as being out of white bread (which has happened at this location twice in the past). I have occasionally gotten sick after eating at this Subway as well. They may want to ensure all their meat and veggies are kept at proper temperatures and replaced as they should be.

I also don’t like having to wait on customers who aren’t even at the store (online orders). Had to sit and wait while they made 4 sandwiches before they would start mine.

I would give 0 stars if it is possible. Went in there and asked for fresh bread got home have hard crusty bread. Workers just don’t care. If I wanted day old bread I would have asked for it. Don’t go here.

The little Mexican girl that was behind the counter working by herself while she had a line of people all the way to the road. On top of that, doing online orders and prepping orders in front of people that little girl deserves a RAISE. I go to Subway all the time and it’s never like that. All in all it was a good experience. A little girl took care of business. She handle herself very well and did not freak out

Went to the subway by Walmart the other day and what gets on my nerves is that you can see the meat products like you used to so you can’t even tell if they are good or bad and then some of the veggies look like they have freezer burn or look moldy and one of the employees there sneezed in front of customers and didn’t even think to change gloves and wash their hands per health code and chose to wipe her nose and didnt change gloves. I threw up the next morning as my sandwich tasted funny

Claudia the store manager was rude and obnoxious. She refused to listen to me as a customer, and she visibly coughed on my food. She yelled during our exchange, and I can’t believe she is in customer service. Looking at these reviews, I’m not the only one with this experience. The district manager and owner should be ashamed.

I drove 25 mins, just to come to this Subway, because it’s the closest to me.. I placed my order and they made my sandwich. When I get ready to check out, the female took my $50 bill (which is all that I had on me), then when she opened up the register, she realized they had no change.. So, I couldn’t get my food.. Do better Subway, you wasted my time and my gas
