I came to this Subway today 10/18/2025 I entered the store at 10:50 just before close. The lady who was working this evening was very nice she was closing the store alone. She had 2 other customers but still greeted me as I waited for her to finish up with them. She was very polite and the restaurant was very clean and organized beautifully. I apologized for being so late coming but I had just got off of work and needed something to eat. She told me she was happy to be open for customers like myself who work late she made my sandwich with love. She provided me excellent customer service something that is very hard to find these days and even asked how my day was at work. As I was leaving she said I’m going to wait just a little longer just in case another customer needs something to eat. This is what me need more of in the world. Thank you so much for this lady and I hope this message makes its way back to her.

Absolutely terrible. I just left this location and the cashier was on the phone and counting money. So I patiently waited because no one was there with her. Then 2 customers walked in for pick up. She never acknowledged me standing there then asked for the name of the pick up. She rudely turns to me and says I have 2 orders ahead of you, you can wait or leave. I asked her to repeat what she just said to me, and she did just that. I said you are so rude I would have waited, this nasty customer service representative said Well it’s just me. I said, Trust me I will report you. One of the customers who was picking up her order said to the cashier “That’s not how you talk to people” I walked out and drove over to Louisiana Seafood where the service was respectful.

The worst customer service in Desoto Texas these folks need to leave our community.
I stop by last to make a purchase I walked in for two minutes they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I said hello they asked if I had a problem. I said I like to be acknowledge when I walk into some store spending my money. He said he didn’t have to speak to me. I told I dont have spend my money in his store. Thats not the first time I felt disrespected in his Subway.
But it is my last time.

The food and atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing and the workers are always assisting as MUCH as they can, if I can give a 10 star I would. Good work guys!

I came to this subway around 8pm after a very long day and what a horrible experience I had. The lady and gentleman attending the store were very unpleasant, short, no greeting, no smile just a very rude and poor attitude. I will never comeback to this store again!
