I’ve been here about 3 times now. The new ladies they hired are more hygienic and friendlier. I love that this Subway uses paper bags. I wish they would have the sweet and unsweet tea available as well but I also understand that they may not have the traffic as other locations. Other than that, they seem to be well-stocked and you have more drink options in the Tiger Mart.

This is the worst Subway service ever. Do not go here unless you want to wait forever for a sandwich. I spent 20 minutes with 1 person already being service. The lady that works let people skip n front of you with no care. This is the second and last time.

Room smelt funny upon entry. TV wouldn’t stay hooked to wifi and tiny stove didnt work. Then day 2 tried to charge my card with addition charges. Food and breakfast was good pool great and room was nice.

I came to this location to get a Subway sandwich there. Was an Hispanic girl working behind the counter? But she did not speak good english and could not understand a lot of the things that I wanted someone from the cashier department had to come and help her. Not a problem with an Hispanic person working but they have to understand what a person is ordering

Food- 3 the sandwich seemed so small, I actually measured it when I got home and it really was 6”. They are a little stingy with toppings & my meatball marinara was more marinara than meat. I remember now why I stopped buying subway and choose Firehouse, Jersey Mike’s, or Jimmy John’s .
Service- 2 the language barrier was a huge struggle and the look of irritation & frustration the ladies had, made me irritated because I’m speaking as clear as possible. I always get cheese on both breads & that created way too much confusion for such a simple request.
Atmosphere- 5 stars all the way! It’s inside of my favorite Tiger Mart/Exxon and they always have a lil vibe in there.

On the day I went, this location was understaffed. The girl here was left to fend on her own. She must have been 16-17 or so but she took care of her customers and handled supply shortages like a Boss! Refilling the line and process multiple orders all while keep a cool composure. The orders flowed and I didn’t have to wait. Hopefully she doesn’t get burnt out or overlooked by her supervisor.

I went through the subway app and ordered 2 grilled chicken subs. They told me they no longer sale that. I am off they can use a different chicken, and was told no because they’re different prices. I ask for a refund, and was told I needed to go through the app. I go to work, and check the app, and there’s no option to do it through the day, so I go back to the location and was told by the manager to send them a picture of my online recipt, but they can’t make it with a different chicken, and they haven’t had it in over a year. The one by my house still had it, so there’s no way I would have known. I receive a call to contact them Monday, and was told to call back at 11, and now no one is answering

Friendly staff…good service…good food. I like the fact that they have manager’s special of 2 foot longs for $10. That can’t be beat! And they’re usually not very busy so the service is pretty quick& then since its inside of the Tigermart, you can pick up all your snacks too ☺. I highly recommend

I was not impressed with the food or the sandwich artist. Very rude, how can you mess up flat bread? They also overfilled the meat cambrios past the chill line, the health department should do something. Bread has been awful, benefit of maybe it was a bad time or day I have tried this location 3 times and I threw it away. Nasty I will never eat there again. I don’t think you are supposed to wear your coat on the line while you make someone’s sandwich, gross
