OMG!!! THIS 6″ SUBS IS HARD HAS A ROCK. CHEESE ON THE ITALIAN HERB BREAD IS REALLY OLD. YOU CAN SEE IT. PLUS, I ASKED FOR MORE SPINACH (WHICH IS WHAT I THOUGHT WAS EXTRA) THE PIC I INCLUDED DOESN’T HARDLY HAVE ANY OF THE “MORE” ON IT. SO EXTREMELY DISAPPONITED. I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON’T ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Got a salad here and the didn’t even fill up half off the bowl every other subway I’ve ever been too filled the entire bowl. Go to a different subway to get your money’s worth. Boyfriend got a sandwich and had to ask for extra everything because the man making it put very little. Very disappointed in service. Will not be back.

Love subway, but this location is always so incredibly slow. It just seems like an issue of under staffing. There is no reason that only 1 person should be working the dinner rush on a Thursday night. Felt bad for the guy!

The young guy making sandwiches was very rude replying with an attitude saying “That’s why I asked you twice!” when in reality he was not paying attention as I had 2 different orders. Then the girl assisting/charging was also rude as she would not reply to me and was just looking and rushing us through ordering. Love the food, but the service from staff this time around was horrible! Management should definitely have their staff do a class on customer service!!!

Sorry I didn’t want to put a review but I want to alert other people that something is wrong with the lady working there. She is extremely frustrated. We just came there to order food and she was unnecessary rude when we were nice while ordering food. As soon as we left, she started making out with younger guy who is working there. This was my first rude experience in Texas felt disgusting and felt bad whole day. She turned off my mood. It’s just a matter of treating customers nicely even if you are having bad day then you can succeed and your business can succeed. Plz tell me, will I ever go back to that Subway to turn off my mood again? Never. I will choose to go to any other nearby restaurant if I’m at that place again.

Came to eat here on 5/5/25. Employees are incredibly rude. Didn’t have any bread made except wheat and were out of so much. Really seems like they are trying to do everything possible to NOT make sandwiches. Just save the time and money and go to Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s instead.
