I tried Subway for the first time in the USA at this location with my friends. We received good food and service from Nancy. She was very patient and polite to us and made us feel at home. Shoutout to her!!! She deserves a promotion and a raise if not both

Giving 1 star for rude and unsatisfactory customer service, as well as false advertising. They have signs up in the stores that state “get a free 20 oz Gatorade with purchase of ANY sandwich and bag of chips” nowhere on ANY of the signage, not even in fine print, does it state the sandwich must be a large. In fact, it says “ANY sandwich.” The cashier was rude and combative and said it’s only for a large sandwich. Which is not at all what the promotion signs say. She didn’t show any kind of proof that this was a stipulation of the deal and just told me “no,sorry” with attitude. Additionally, I ordered a meatball sub & it was so dry because she hardly put any sauce on it.

Just kinda disappointed in the service and wait. I was there waiting and they kept filling Togo orders That were arriving while I was already there. Definitely understaffed and maybe not the employees fault but 15 min and not even a greeting or a we’ll be right with you made me just leave. He was still gonna fill those other orders and didn’t even look at me.

Let me help you avoid wasting your time here. I came in at 6:20pm today to grab a sandwich before work. The clerk, who was on a personal call, saw me come in, made eye contact as I walked to the counter and then disappeared around a corner to continue his call. 3 or 4 minutes later I could still hear him casually chatting away with his call. I left at that point. The customer is NOT a priority here, so don’t even bother coming in. Plenty of options close by that will appreciate your business.

Went to this subway instead of the one I usually go to because this location is closer to my job. Staff were okay not very friendly. My issue is I had a hair on the bread. Like the hair was imbedded in the bread (I assume the hair fell on the raw bread and then put in the oven). I also understand these things “happen”. No hairnets and the one preparing the meal was the only one wearing a hat. Most veggies were looking sad from the freezer burn. Won’t return and won’t recommend

Unfortunately, the man who served us was extremely rude. He didn’t even know what ingredients a sandwich had. The way he spoke to us was truly horrible. It’s clear he doesn’t like his job. They need to be more attentive in customer service.

Ordered online and drove there to pick up at 11 am. The shop was CLOSED and after several attempts with customer service, I eventually FAILED TO GET A REFUND…… Horrible horrible experience, with Subway in general too.

The lady making the sandwiches was super rude. We asked if she could change her gloves because we’re vegetarian and she just ignored us. Every other subway we’ve gone to has accommodated this. When she was making the sandwich she literally just threw ingredients at it instead of making it properly. It’s been a while since I’ve seen such a poor attitude anywhere. Would not come back
