Wish I had read reviews PRIOR to visiting the location. Looks like I’m just another number and management doesn’t care either with such a low rating. I have now visited this location twice and both times were a catastrophe. I’m uploading pictures of overcooked hard bread, burnt cheese I paid extra for, undercooked chicken bits, sandwich was never properly wrapped and not to mention the horrible customer service. There was no manager on site to report this to & from the looks of it no one cares about the franchise. How are they still functioning? I’m going to assume convenient location cause that was my reasoning for giving it a second chance. Shame on me right? I know. I literally should’ve just walked out when my food came out the oven but me & my children were starving and had a function that we were already running late for and didn’t want to be any later. WILL NOT HAPPEN A THIRD TIME! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY WAS WASTED BECAUSE IT WAS INEDIBLE!

Most subways when I order a salad they’re full to the top of the container. But tonight I ordered 2 salads for my family and I was near this location so I put my order here. When I arrived these were how the salads came out. Under half of the container was full. I told the employee there that it didn’t feel right and they specified that salads are only made from 6inch subs so that’s how they were trained to make it. It even said it on their signage. So I didn’t know what else to say but it just didn’t feel right. Never order a salad from this location. $8 per salad for barely anything. Was still hungry afterwards.

Subway is always good… as long as the food is fresh. Their sandwiches are enjoyable! A good meal for the right price. What else can you say….

I’ve never had a bad experience at a subway ever until today.
I ordered a 6 pack of cookies and they didn’t have what I wanted. The employee refused to refund me so I ended up waiting an hour for just a 6 pack of cookies
I will never return to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous

The lady who took my order was very nice and professional. However, I was never asked if I wanted my order here or to-go. I was automatically given a plastic sack, and all of their tables were filthy. This picture doesn’t do enough justice, but it’s pathetic when you look at ever table/booth, and none of them are clean.

Yeah, the guy working night shift on 7/24/25 close the store early so he could leave early. Got to the store at 9:30 and the store is already locked up.
Fire that guy,.. The girl that is usually there nights is a very good employe, she doesn’t lock up early like this lazy guy. Im sure he is gonna punch out after 11:00

Just visited Subway, which was about to close, ordered 3-footlong sandwiches and Ashlee was super amazing!!! She took great care in making our sandwiches and all while showcasing her beautiful smile and making sure our order was correct. Thank you Ashlee for making our evening. Ashlee is a perfect example of fantastic friendly service.

I have never had a dispute with a worker anywhere ever until tonight.

I place my order, waited for pickup to be available, and arrived. I was not acknowledged, greeted or even looked at by either worker. Normally I don’t have an issue with that, it’s stressful work and sometimes you don’t know what mood a customer might be in. However, this one specific employee (elderly Hispanic employee, sorry) is always extremely disrespectful. Every time I’ve picked up from this location, if she’s there, she gives you this glare and doesn’t say anything. Doesn’t greet you, doesn’t ask what your here for, doesn’t let the customers know what the situation is. It’s especially problematic, as highlighted by the events of tonight, that the pickup shelf is NEVER used. For whatever reason, I’m assuming this one’s on management, they refuse to use the pickup shelf. Opting to leave it behind the counter while working on other slow, multiple sandwich orders. Usually there’s another employee to thankfully help.

Walking in waiting for her to finish couple’s order, took around 10 mins.
I thought yay finally and walked to the elderly employee. I walked up, without being acknowledged, and told her TWICE that “I have a mobile/online pickup order” she just mumbled something, I think telling me to wait. She almost never speaks clearly, but I know that she has the ability to. I’ve heard her speak clearly before. She barely looked up at me annoyed like I had the audacity to speak to her.

So I was like guess I’ll wait some more, not a big deal. Even though I could see my order directly in front of me, behind the counter. I continued to stand there for another 10 minutes. Hopefully thinking she would do some work on the sandwiches and maybe finally say something to me after she pops them in the oven. Nope. Didn’t even look at me. So rude, I don’t think she has any social/people skills. The other employee, seemingly oblivious, continued to mop. Wasn’t necessarily an issue, with the way I was standing inside for 20 minutes, you would think he would’ve said something. I finally reached my boiling point with the elderly employee. Her age is not an excuse for her behavior. She has no respect for other working class people. We’re all struggling!

I spoke up and said “hey, can you hand me my order? It’s right there.” she once again mumbled and that was it for me. “Please hand me my order” I shouted “it’s right there, I’ve been here for 20 minutes, it’s been ready for longer. I can walk around and grab it myself, that would be faster” I should’ve and I was about to because she still wasn’t really acknowledging me! I got to the employee door and homeboy on the mop started freaking out. Instead of making the situation more confusing and chaotic, he could’ve walked around and handed me my order! I tried to communicate that. Finally the elderly lady asked my name. Which wasn’t necessary, there was only one pickup order ready. Which was mine. The one I had been staring at for 20+ minutes. She actually THREW the order on the counter, which in hindsight was pretty funny. I could barely turn around before both employees started shouting incomprehensibly. I grabbed the wrong drink, well I wasn’t handed one! Nor is there a drink size option on the mobile app. They just continued to escalate and confuse. I was so confused that I forgot to even fill the cup. Need that refunded + the forgotten cookies, she didn’t even bother baking them I noticed, actually I’m gonna need a whole refund or I’ll just contact my bank. The male employee also kept coming up behind me like he was going to do something. I was just leaving, as I did. He followed me out. Taunted me from the doorway with words and this weird smile. Just unnecessarily continuing to escalate. I should NOT have to start yelling to get my order after not being acknowledged or spoken to for over 20 minutes while my food gets soggy. Ridiculous. Won’t be returning to this location until the elderly employee is let go. Not saying she can’t work service/food, but subway ain’t the spot for her.
